Got stranded in Oyster Creek Channel, NJ on 11/29/25. Called Randy our tow boat guy in our river at 7:30am. He answered immediately, said he wasn’t there.(come to find out he was in Florida i believe on vacation) He sent a message to his guy John. John called immediately and showed up in 20/25 min. He situated his boat, put on some waders, jumped over board and walked the attachment line onto our boat. Pulled us out safely in no time. John made sure our engines were good and we were safe to go on without of his assistance. John looked up all of my information on the way. We signed and were on our way. This was a super busy morning where i was one of three stuck in the area. Thank you John and ALL of TOW BOAT for helping keep us safe on the water.
Had to get towed from a dock to ramp to haul boat out. John did an amazing job towing my boat and put it right on the trailer with his tow boat. John is very professional at what he does.
Captain Randy Harrelson did an outstanding job pulling my boat after it got grounded. He came very quickly and knew exactly how to pull the boat free. He then went out his way to lead me out the inlet safely.

Capt Randy was awesome. Great communication, and extremely fast service. He was eating dinner and dropped everything he was doing to tow us. He also went above and beyond by calling me the day after he towed me, and he provided me with contact information of people that may be able to Address my issue. Captain Randy and Beth remotely were the best to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and calming when speaking to! they were able to get to me in less than 20 minutes and after they helped me remove my ski from the sandbar quickly and no fuss with paperwork, etc., on the water highly recommend this company!!
Captain Tom was great. Our boat wouldn’t start when we were out on the water. Tom came quickly on July 4th, and was nice, and courteous to our needs. The tow and drop off went more smoothly than we expected.

Ran aground just outside of Governor’s Cut, but thanks to Charlie and his loyal companion Ruka, the much-needed boat day was saved!
With calm precision and true skill, Charlie slowly towed us back to deeper waters, offering key advice along the way to ensure we made it back safely.

Randy showed up quickly, was incredibly competent, towed and docked us seamlessly and made us feel comfortable under frustrating and less than ideal circumstances. Boat US has saved us more than once. Do not hit the water without it!! Worth every penny.
Captain Randy was out within 10 minutes of being dispatched to help us on the Barnegat Bay. He brought gas and stayed to be sure we up and running before he left the scene. Very happy with his Boat US services!

We couldn’t get the sail up on our boat, and our electric motor didn't have enough power to get us back to our slip. Pat got to us quickly, was very professional, and towed our boat safely back into the channel.

I was going out of Barnegat inlet just before the light house the engine stalled it wouldn't start again I was rubbing on the rocks, the tow boat us operate came with in minutes after the call to help me. I saw him racing across the inlet to help me. Thank for help.

Motor seized outside of Barnegate Inlet today and Annie and Tom arrived quickly and provided an excellent, professional tow. Their experience showed especially getting through the inlet which can be tricky on days even when you’re not towing a boat. I truly appreciate all their help.
Had to be towed twice in one day. Everyone I dealt with was great. The final tow was a long one and Annie & Tom were awesome. It was a difficult docking with one motor down and they set me up perfectly to pull into my slip. These guys are the very best On Barnegat Bay!!
