Great place, has batteries for just about anything. I researched the distributor that they use who uses several manufacturers for their batteries. Doing a review on each one of those manufacturers had them rated higher than the brand names. We all grew up with. Great service too when I needed help getting my battery out.
Long story short the battery I bought has given me problems since I bought it and failed a battery test, just took me a while to finally realize it was the battery. There’s an 18 month warranty and he tried to make me believe it is 2 years old even though bought it exactly 1 year ago, he also stated that because the battery is dirty that I destroyed it by going off road. He started getting offended when I said no other battery I have had has only lasted a year and how I told him I have a time stamp of when I bought the battery. I was respectful since the minute I walked in the door, I didn’t NEED or DEMAND a new battery I was just curious on the warranty (though it would have just been the right thing to do to an honest customer and also someone who is young who may not be able to buy a new battery every year) Instead he chose to instantly lie to me and try to make me believe it was older than it was, which is what I will not put up with, so do yourself a favor and go somewhere else like Walmart who’s batteries last 5 years, and you won’t have to put up with that customer service.
Absolutely the best hands down. Needed a Battery for my Challenger, no one had any in Stock. Not only did he have it but it was $30 dollars less expensive than the rest.
The man who runs the store is very knowledgeable , honest and a genuine nice guy !!! . They are only store in the area that has what we need for our fire trucks , our personal vehicles and boats . From batteries to onboard charging Systems. Most places may have one battery but when we need them we need four or five at a time he is the only shop that has what we need all the time every time AND THEY HAVE IT IN STOCK !!!! Unlike other auto parts shops say they’ll have it in a day or a week , and has better prices you can get it in the auto parts store . And for name brand products not generic junk . I strongly recommend anyone go there you will not be disappointed !!!
Battery Square I walk in there with a battery I pulled them out of different cars trucks golf carts generators small batteries to Big batteries you walk in there and they've got what you need he's never disappointed me he warranties whatever he sells you got battery chargers he's got small batteries big batteries prices are fantastic just remember call head that way you can bring your core with you and you don't have you don't have to go back and if you bring it with you he will match you up with a battery right there
A local store, not a big chain. Gotta love it. They have everything you need with excellent customer service to match. Everyone working her knows there stuff and are more than friendly. I'll be a steady customer and recommend them at every chance!!
The owner/operator of the business is an very knowledgeable guy who takes his time to explain the ins and outs of your battery needs. He won't try and upsell you. I did that on my own. I highly recommend this small business. Prices competitive with big box stores/amazon and you get personalized service. Every buying experience should be this good.
The owner John and his son are fantastic very knowledgeable respectable and honest.. no matter what kind of battery you need they have it. It's a One Stop Shop for all your battery needs !!!! I highly recommend battery Square superb prices and pleasant people that deal with I will never buy a battery from a chain store again
