Van Wickle Napa here in Point Boro is great. I've been shopping here for most of my auto parts for a few years now and they have been wonderful to deal with. Craig runs the day-to-day operations at this store and is always at the counter helping and chatting with the customers. Napa quality is excellent, too. That's usually understated in today's market, but it is essential to having your car, or your customer's car, working like it should. Next time you price-shop parts between here and a place like Advance or Auto Zone, think to yourself "well, this cardiologist is more expensive... let me go to the cheapest one." Obviously not apples-to-apples, but the point is that you honestly get what you pay for with quality parts here at Napa. They stand behind what they sell and they are truly good people here.
I'm from out of town , my alternator went . Called them explained my situation, they did everything in their power to get me the part and tools I needed to get safely back on the road, a+++ thanks guys
It's smaller than most of the other auto supply stores in the immediate area, but they still have pretty.much everything you need. Where they go above and beyond is that the crew there is friendly and helpful. And not just the "friendly and helpful" that a retail parts counter expects, but genuinely friendly and helpful.
First time using Napa and last the over charge on air filter $3 didn't even ask if i want the good one or the cheap didn't even told me the price of product to see if i wanted or no last time
I went there for wiper blades and I asked the gentleman there if he would put them on without hesitation he said sure went out and put them on my vehicle it was a 2000 Chevy Blazer and I was so happy it was very reasonable price they're very nice people I recommend them highly
Greatest Professional Auto Parts Personnel you'll ever meet and knowledgeable staff or anybody in there will definitely help you get the job done or point you in the right direction the owner is nothing but helpful in any situation he will tell you what to do or where to go even if it's not you buying something from his store
All the guys here are good to go, very knowledgeable, George is fantastic with the older stuff, been around the books along time, never any doubt when it comes to NAPA
I had stripped out Lugnuts I was in the parking lot trying to remove them so I can replace them and they were so tight and striped I couldn't get them off One of the guys came out with a breaker bar and help me loosen the lug nuts. Every time tine I have gone into the Point Pleasant or Bricktown Napa they have always gone above and beyond to be helpful Especially today in the Point Pleasant store
