Excellent team. Mark helped us through the test drive and purchase of a used vehicle. We explained the process thoroughly, introduced us to staff and some of the mechanics. Answered multiple questions we had about maintenance and warranty for the vehicle and treated us very well. No sales tactics or pressure. Mark was upfront about the vehicle and we truly appreciate his honesty and candor.

We had such a great experience with this dealer! We had no hassle and got exactly what we wanted at an affordable price. Had to get my tire plugged due to a recent nail. Incident. They quickly got me in as a walk in and fixed it. Joe the mechanic was great to deal with. Also offered coffee while waiting. Good company. Highly recommend

It was literally one of the best car buying experiences I've had. Mark Cohen was my salesman and he was great!! There were no hidden "window etching" fees or "safety light" fees you see at other dealerships with bait and switch pricing. The price that was advertised is the price I paid. I bought a 2022 Silverado and the thing is awesome!! The owner, Jeff is a great guy!! Family run dealership. I highly recommend this place!!

It was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I’ve had to date. The car (2016 VW Tiguan R-Line) was reasonably priced for its year and mileage. Mark was upfront, professional and courteous, and the dealer fees were reasonable compared to other dealerships. Can’t thank Mark and the DeFelice Team enough.

I cannot say enough good things about DEFELICE. My son only had $10,000 to spend. The very first car the salesman showed us my son loved. The car was in really good shape, good mileage. They have an onsite garage however we have not needed to bring it in. The dealership is run by a very nice family.

My son was heading down the shore for the Memorial Day weekend with friends and had all his clothes and food in the trunk. When he went to open the trunk, it wouldn't open. Not being from south jersey I googled the area and found Joe from DeFilice Auto. He initially said he wasn't sure if they could squeeze him in being after 3pm. My son took a ride over and after working on it for at least an hour, he was able to get into the trunk and save the weekend. Thanks Joe for such great service on no notice. We highly recommend!!!
