Sizing, pricing, rental duration are super clear on their website. I did have a few questions, and sent in a contact request which was responded to in under 24 hours. This is not a call center with generic scripted responses. The owner/operators are directly involved. They took time to explain all my questions and help me determine the best match for my project. Junk Chief did an extraordinary job cleaning out my garage. They took time to ensure what was to be trashed and what was to be saved. They were friendly and courteous. They moved items around and made cleaning out 30 years of "stuff" easier for me. I highly recommend them and plan to utilize their services again when I get closer to selling my house.

These guys are absolutely great. I run a seasonal business and had to move all our equipment on site. I used to move everything myself with some help from my staff and my pick up truck, which took about two days. Junk Chief got us all sorted out in one shot saving me a whole day and a half of work and labor. They’re quick to get back to you, know what they’re doing, show up on time, and don’t mess around. They were courteous, knowledgeable and let me know all through the process what was going on. The day they were delivering the dumpster they gave me a call letting me know what time they would be there and they were there at that time. They weren’t late. They didn’t waste my time. Local Junk guys! I called Junk Chief last night on a recommendation from my daughter and son to clean out my mother in laws house in Greenbrier. They came this morning already and the job was done quickly and neat and clean! Found out these young guys are from Point Pleasant so that was great to see. They also have dumpster rentals as well.
