Had exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. I bought the brick for my house from them 20yrs ago when it was R.P. Smith. Glad to see that only the name changed and not the service.
Don't know why, but waiting for service in the yard is the slowest at any yard I've been to in 10 years.
One thing costs you 20+ minutes waiting for the forklift operators. Really don't understand the malfunction... Waiting forever but no one seems busy.
For truck drivers no dock , no overnight parking. Park truck at back of staples store on Commerce Blvd. Very slow unloading. Flatbed truck will be good. Tight turns.
One extremely rude staff at the front desk!!!!!! Went to get a quote and one of the front desk ladies was gonna help me until another lady butted in and yelled that they were closed and already said she doesn’t the price of it or if we carry it. They do carry the items I wanted because it was on their display case patio outside. She rudely kept say we are closed like 5 times so everyone in the front could hear. How embarrassing so I said it ok never mine and walked out. The other lady that was trying to help me was nice but the other one was super rude. Me nor any of my family members will not be setting foot in that place ever again. It’s supposed to be under new management my foot. When you own a business you think you should be happy that people want to come in and buy stuff. Patio paving is not cheap either. Take your business else where…..
Go somewhere else ! Extremely rude customer service and overpriced. Being in the business I found their location convenient but I will now drive out of my way to avoid RP Smith!
Nice folks. Very busy with people now at home. some products short supply or out. Make sure you are there by 3:30 if loading as they close at 4pm most days during week.
First time buying pavers. Masonry yard extremely busy. Staff is excellent under circumstances with it being extremely busy. Very helpful staff and highly recommend them.
Decent I guess. We'll see. The price quote we got for our stone for a patio was about par for the course. No deals and only slightly on the overpriced side in my opinion. Wasn't very organized and I don't like how "showroom" quoting and pickup are handled by the same people. So as we were looking and deciding we lost our spot "in line" and had to keep waiting as contractors rolled in and got helped before us taking much time. 2 out of the 3 ladies that helped us were very kind while the oldest seemed to just want the people who already knew what they wanted. So overall an iffy experience for some who doesn't do this sorta thing for a living.
I ask the young lady why a big difference in PC's compare a sft on pavers, ($2,30 sft) ($1,10) PC's and she responded with very bad face ? this is the price and turn back, Sorry I am a contractor and I do a lot work pavers, working for 5 years only with Cambridge
I went here looking for pave stones and they didn't have what I needed. However they did have a large selection of pavers and other materials for masonry work.
