It was almost closing time this past Saturday, when I stopped in to get an estimate for a bumper repair. They did better than an estimate. Did the repair right there and then! I was on my way in 15 mins! And the cost? Well let's just say I don't think I would have gotten a better deal if it was my family doing the work. Highly recommend PJ's and they have a new customer for life.
We have been a loyal customer of PJ's Auto Body for over 10 years. Their service this time was over and above their normally high quality work. We had a front bumper detach due to a minor accident on our property. With no collision ins.on this older car, they were able to salvage and re-attach the current bumper. Relatively quick job for them, & we were able to get the much needed car back to us in 2 days. It was done as a courtesy, no less. You have our continued business and our support for as long as we live in Morris County, P.J.'s !
I’ve taken my car several times to get serviced and they have always left incomplete work. I’ve let it go in the past but this time it was impossible. They must have dropped a bottle outside and then put in the car and left a broken glass bottle in the back of my car. As it was dark I didn’t see it and when I went to clean the car, both my hands were all cut up. I spoke to Keith (the owner) and he was so nonchalant about it saying they forgot to clean the car. I told him if I had to go to the hospital for the cuts I would let him know. He laughed and said he’d send flowers. Apparently it was a joke to him. I told him as well that they hadn’t completed servicing the car leaving wires exposed where the accelerator was and they said they’d follow up and no one ever called me. They have always done a shoddy job but the lack of care about something they caused was something that could not be overlooked. In general they don’t follow up and you will have to keep calling them. Find another mechanic. It cannot be worse than them.
PJ’s auto body has consistently done amazing work. Their professional, do great work and offer the best pricing. This morning I picked up my car after getting three quotes from other dealerships and auto body shops and PJs blew me away by how well they fixed up my car and what they charged me compared to the others. Jim and staff I can’t thank enough!
Got my front bumper (+accessories) replaced and painted, and my rear bumper repainted by these guys. 10/10 experience and 10/10 for the work that they do. Bumpers looks amazing!

My sister recently scrapped her right rear fiberglass bumper while parallel parking. She didn’t want to replace the whole bumper $$$ so she needed to find an auto repair shop near her to inquire if it could be fixed. She found P.J. Auto Body on
a google search. Boy was she lucky! PJ is an artist in his line of work! He is professional, courteous and affordable! He fixed her red older model car so that you can’t even tell where the bumper was repaired. Truly an artist! She recommends him highly!
What is a great judge of a business’s trustworthiness and quality of service? The way they treat people who aren’t even customers! My wife and I were at the business next door when we realized her car hood wasn’t locking properly. Within minutes Gilbert ran over from PJ’s because he saw us through the window, immediately knew what the issue was, and was worried for our safety. He introduced himself, let us know that he was the car painter at PJs, explained what the issue could be with the locking mechanism, and quickly resolved it right there in the parking lot. He was very friendly and diligent to ensure we would be safe to drive. We are so appreciative that someone was looking out for us. Gilbert is one in a million and I would not hesitate to bring my car to PJs in the future.
I could not be more pleased with my experience at PJ’s. The staff was helpful, polite and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed correctly and in a timely manner. I will be using them for all of my future auto body needs. I really appreciate the owners for being so kind, helpful and careful when dealing with my vehicle. If I could give 6 stars I would.
I went to PJs to have my car repaired after a winter ice skid accident.
Quote Process - this requires multiple visits. I called to confirm I can get an estimate and went to visit on Friday PM to be told the estimator is no longer there (30 minute drive). On the second visit, the quote was quick.
Drop Off Process - Relatively simple, I was able to leave my car and keys in the drop off window.
Repair Process - I was quoted 3-4 days to complete the work. The entire repair took 7 days. There was no communication unless I called.
End Result - Happy with the repair; car looks and functions as before the accident. The quote held true to price.
Fantastic auto body shop. Just picked up my 2020 Ford Ranger XLT for repairing the roof and antenna. I was very pleased with the repair work. It took longer to complete the repair, but that was due to delays in getting the required parts from Ford. The truck had been thoroughly washed and waxed. The tires and rims were cleaned and shined up. It looked great! Thank you.
I just had my car fixed by PJ'S and I had to share, the staff there is so friendly and they hold your hand through the whole process, the car was fixed exactly when they said it would be and the whole process was seamless. I would not hesitate to use them again and will also be telling all my friends about them if they should need their service.

PJ’s Auto Body was great. This was my first experience having to take my truck to an auto body after a crash. They made everything simple and stress free. They handled everything with the other persons insurance, got my Jeep fixed, and on top of all that had it completely washed and detailed for me when I picked it up. It looks brand new. I hope I don’t need body work done in the near future but if I do I know where to go!
When Towne Toyota sent me and my Rav4 here to address my request to remove the Motion Kia advertisement placed on paint job, the fellow kindly took 5 minutes to remove it free of charge. Thanks for doing this for me. Very kind!

Tremendous workmanship, and they even performed two additional services to enhance the appearance of my vehicle!! I contacted 3 other body shops prior to someone recommending Kieth at PJ's and I wish I knew this place sooner!! I was even told that if they couldn't fix .it.... they wouldn't charge me....Are you serious? In today's world you don't hear honesty like that anymore. And, Mikey is a solid mechanic and very proud of his work! My beautiful car is now purring again! I even left with new car advice and enjoyed all the friends that popped in just to say, "Hi" to Kieth and Jim. If that happens, you know they are doing something right!!! Don't listen to bad reviews!!!

I’ve been coming here for years and Kevin and his team are the absolute best- they’re very professional, provide top-notch quality service and are a pleasure to do business with. After an accident I was looking for a trustworthy, professional, reliable auto body shop.. I found that and more at PJ's Keith and Jimmy made the process stress free from dealing with the insurance company to getting my car back in perfect condition very quickly! My Wife and Toddler broke down at night time while it was 22 degrees outside. They were in an unfamiliar neighborhood and needed assistance quickly. I needed a tow company i could trust to take care of my family and arrive quickly. I knew i could rely on PJ's Towing. They arrived promptly and went straight to work. They were fast and efficient. Within 10 minutes the vehicle was on the truck and my wife and child were on their way home.

I had a wonderful experience at PJ's. I didn't have a clue how they were going to fix my car. But Kieth the owner came out and took the time to explained everything to me in detail. I have to say I walked out knowing I was in good hands. When I got my car back you would never have known it was in an accident!! I would recommend PJ's to everyone I know and then some!!

This is the second time I've had to go to PJ's. The first time was about five years ago. A disgruntled neighbor knifed my new car - all the way around my car. It was a deep scratch. PJ's did such a wonderful job I immediately thought of them when my car was hit by a new driver. PJ's, once again, did a wonderful job! When I told the new driver that the car looked as good as new, they asked "How?" PJ's, that's how!
