People were great in communicating and general customer service. I was a potential seller for a BMW. They bumped down their offer by $1300 within a week claiming a business reason. I felt I was tricked into and for them to go with lucrative offer to get me in the door. Beware the actual sell price may be much lower than what offered - after their own inspection and evaluation. I’m sure they will respond to this feedback with a very legit reason but worth sharing my experience here with others. At the end I went for another used car dealer.

I was in the market for a new Toyota. The new car dealership did not give me what I thought my trade-in vehicle was worth so I went to Carz4Us who gave me a great price and they purchased the car from me. I ended up purchasing a pre owned Honda Passport from Carz4Us and I am so happy I did because I got a great deal, a higher price on my trade in. I used that money to purchase my Honda from them, and my payment is way lower than it would have been. And I got a bumper to bumper warranty so I am covered even more than a new car warranty.
