Just sold them our 2021 Tesla model 3. This is the second vehicle we have sold to them in the past few years. We dealt with Shawanda, who was courteous, pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and quick. We were in and out, check in hand in 45 minutes. I first planned to trade-in my car at Toyota..so glad I didn’t because they only offered HALF of what John did. I walked into Carmax next and was impressed by the open-concept offices and the big fancy wall sign. They made me a good offer, but I decided to shop around just to have a comparison.
John gave me 1500 more than what carmax offered. Paperwork was fast. I’m extremely happy with what I got.
If you want a fair and fast transaction, go to them. They won’t make you feel upscale, no fluff, no fancy coffee machines while you wait..but they’ll give you a great deal which is worth far more!
