We had a 5 hour trip ahead of us when we got a flat. The friendly, knowledgeable staff were able to get us right in and fixed the tire in a short amount of time. Got us on our way at minimal cost. So thankful!
Absolutely amazing! I called them with an issue of a rattling sound with my car, 3 hours before they closed on a Sunday. Told me to bring it down to take a look. Turns out it was the shocks over my back right tire that had disconnected.
Gabe, the assistant manager, made some calls to get the parts needed and they were able to get my car fixed before they closed. He even was able to find a coupon so the price was lower than he first quoted.

I had 4 tires and an alignment done on my Durango. I was so satisfied with the service that I went back a few days later to get the alignment done on my Grand Cherokee. The store manager is very friendly and helped me out on the price. I would definitely recommend.

My appointment was scheduled for 2 PM. I arrived on time, but I was seen only two hours later because they canceled my appointment, thinking I had mistakenly booked it twice. The first appointment was for 11 AM with a Hyundai Santa Fe, and the second one was for 2 PM with a Toyota Venza. I’m completely dissatisfied with the service.

I was in a jam right before a long trip with a flat tire. They helped me immediately with four new tires. They worked quickly around my busy schedule alleviating my stress. Great service and good prices.
I was charged $10.00 more then the Pep boys Service Center a half a mile away and the assistant manager stated they would check the the tires, and top off fluids included in the service, however, after leaving I attempted to clean the windshield and discovered it empty along with low tire pressure. I went back, they made the corrections, but did not secure one of tire hubcaps, it fell off a couple of blocks away.
I went to Pep Boys this past weekend to get my front lights and brake lights changed, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The team did an amazing job and really took care of me.
As a woman going in by myself, I was a little worried about being overcharged or taken advantage of, but they were so honest, understanding, and kind. They explained everything clearly, charged me fairly, and made sure my car was safe before I left. I truly felt cared for and respected, and I left feeling confident and safe on the road.

I was here from out of town and needed air in my tires before a 5 hour trip back home. I stopped in to ask if they would mind helping me with that, and they were more than happy to! I really appreciated the customer service because I know that's something I could do myself at a gas station (after some YouTube instructions haha), but they didn't make me feel like it was an inconvenience at all. Highly recommend this location for locals. Very nice guys!

On Sunday August 10th, Myself and my family were traveling west on I-280. Due to the rough incline on 280 & 80, our 2004 Subaru Impreza TS had difficulty not only maintaining speed but also increasing RPM. When we were on our way to get Breakfast from Wawa upon exiting 280, our engine/car began to shake immensely and check engine light began to blink. We were devastated.
We slowly with hazards on took the car to this PepBoys Auto shop where all the staff jump into action to attend to the car. Everyone there did their absolute best to get the car up and running but all they can do is make sure they did enough to get us back to Manhattan safely. They advised us to not pursue the trip to PA further because it is not safe.
We got back to Manhattan safely and Junk the Car at a location in Queens for $400. It was mutually agreed upon that the car is no longer safe and any repairs would not be worth it.
Thank you to all the gentleman that jumped into action to get us home safely. We appreciate it immensely.
Absolutely wonderful crew. Every single person working helped me out immensely with every question and every issue. As a single female, I’m used to be talked down to at car repair shops, but they were so polite and actually treated me as a knowledgeable adult instead of like a child! So kind and helpful! Will def come back to this location the next time I need anything done!
Great service, very reasonably priced. Helped us remove a rounded stripped lug nut. While we were there we had our rear brakes replaced - no appointment was needed. Thanks again! Will return.
1) The person on the phone quoted me $122 for a wheel alignment plus tax to be around $130. When I go to the store, they said it's $125 plus SHOP FEE plus tax.
- I didn't have time to argue about the shop fee not being quoted on the phone so whatever, I had to leave.
- She said, "Every auto shop has a "Shop Fee" that is not in the quote and additional to the quote. BS!!!
2) When the secretary called me to tell me it's ready, I TOLD her to INCLUDE THE WHEEL ALIGNMENT REPORT when I pickup. When I arrived, the report wasn't ready and I had to wait ALMOST 10 minutes while she is the phone to get off and print the report for me. NO apologies whatsoever.
I'm NEVER returning again!
Brought my car in after it broke down while passing through NJ. They were extremely helpful and got us back up and running in an hour. Diagnosed (alternator needed to be replaced ), got the part delivered, and replaced it all before they closed. We got there about 4:15 PM and were on the road at 5:30 PM. Fantastic service, thank you!
My car battery went dead during my lunch break. I got a jump start and called Pep Boys and spoke with Abdul - he told me to come down and they would figure it out. Quite frankly, his tone of voice made me feel confident to head there. Abdul took care of everything in a professional manner, provided a coupon, and I was out of there with a new battery within an hour. I see they get a lot of excellent reviews and I felt the need to keep that going.
Brought my car in since my exhaust needed to be repaired and they were able to fix it within 5 hours, no appointment necessary, and pricing wasn’t insane! They were also able to do an oil change since my car was due for one. Really great service, would come back again for my other car needs
