The coil connectors fit my Vw Jetta perfectly. The wire was a smaller gauge than expected but they are working so far. This Napa is always great to deal with. Friendly crew.

A real auto parts house. The staff are true automotive countermen, not former grocery store clerks. The same employees have been there for years, it says a lot right there. They have everything needed to do whatever you are doing. It's also locally owned and I've been buying there from the Van Wickle family since the 80s. They have even delivered a tool to me when I was stuck in the driveway on a Sunday!
Superb service! They helped me find all three wiper blades for my truck! Excellent service and really superb help when they helped me emplace new ones on for my trips! 5 star help here no doubt! Napa know how!!!
Tools, auto parts they have what you need. Most things are in stock. Great service and are open Saturday and Sunday making it easy. The counter team is knowledgeable and helpful. The race car is nice too.
Really came through getting me an obscure part I needed. Was available the next afternoon. Nice clean well stocked store. Also had the specialty tool I needed for the installation.. Highly recommended.

Nappa is generally good sometimes , the guy George working there is definitely special Ed material, getting a price for a simple quart of oil would frazzle him and he would maybe hyperventilate. Understanding because sometimes everything is not good at home he has allot on his mind . Other than that the store is good .
The guys who have been there for years that really run the place are very knowledgeable and have always been helpful with any project needs I have had. Any time I need something specific that I know Autozone will struggle to find (brake/ fuel fittings etc), I go to these guys and they are cool with me fiddling with parts combos until I get something that gets the job done right. They have helped me out of more than a few jams where other box parts stores were clueless on my project needs.
Napa is pricey for tools, so I do go elsewhere for those needs. It is true that you get what you pay for, and my experiences have proved this over the years when it comes to more complex parts here vs Autozone or Advance Auto. I am all for the cheapest way to have quality, and I am aware of RockAuto, but often times Napa can hang with online prices and provide convenience over the competition. These guys are my go to local store, and I have been in this game for years in this area trying all the options.

Fantastic place, knowledgeable staff, and great selection. I always go here for my auto parts needs. If I had one complaint it would maybe be the tidiness of the store. Sometimes the pandemonium of the day keeps the store looking a little unkept.
