Oil change was quick and painless. Usually I do them myself but I’m glad I had it serviced at Meineke to save me some time!

Fantastic service! I had a flat tire and found these guys to be honest when I came by for an oil change a few months ago. So I returned. They took my car in immediately and were totally honest and fair. Found a nail and patched my tire. No hard selling on other services just business the old fashioned way. While I was waiting they also topped off the fluids. Highly recommend. Ill be back!

Great customer service. Ask to speak to Patrick when u arrived. He is very nice and will take good care of you. Always with a smile and very helpful. Also, they don't delay or waste your time. They take care of your car as soon as you arrived and you can be on your way within the time given. Really great car repair shop. They truly understand customer service.

This is my first experience using Meineke. I was very happy about the work they did and the price. Manager is very personable and did inform me of things. I should get done, but was not pushy about it.

Just had the brakes replaced on my BMW and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The technicians knew exactly what they were doing and handled the job with real professionalism. The braking feel is smooth, solid, and better than ever. They walked me through everything, explained what needed to be done, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. These guys were great! I came in with a nail in my tire and was in a rush to drive an hour away. They took care of it right away and had me back on the road in under an hour.

Dylan and John were amazing and kept me informed with details on the repairs that were needed on my car. They were very accommodating considering the last minute emergency and the repairs that I needed. Dylan also informed me of a concern regarding a repair to my struts that was done previously by another mechanic which could have put me in a very dangerous situation They were very thorough in explaining everything to me and transparent with the estimate and timing of when the repairs would be complete. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable and this put my mind at ease. We really need more people like Dylan and John! Stopped into Meineke Spring Lake today to have my BMW looked at. The mechanic there, i believe his name was Dillion was very knowledgeable on my specific model of BMW and just about everything it needed. They offered a very nice digital inspection sent directly to my phone i was able to approved or decline my repairs and have them fixed while i waited today. The pricing was very reasonable compared to the other shops in the area as i had been price shopping anyhow. I will certainly be back to see Dillion and the rest of the staff at meineke across from hoffmans ice cream.

Best service around. I needed to get some rusty bolts off my car so I called auto shops around the area. These guys were the only ones who took me right away and got my car straight on a lift. A clean and quick job and they said have a great day. Highly recommend their service for your car needs.

I stopped by for an assessment of my recently purchased used vehicle. I had a great experience. The staff was very respectful, patient, and honest. They explained everything so it was simple to understand. The assessment was complementary. They are very easy to reach and schedule for appointments. I will be returning for service here in the future.

We had a load of work done, and they were able to take me same day. Competent, courteous reception, they kept in touch electronically incredibly well. Even got photos of the broken parts. It was the fifth time I've used them. Not only were the prices fair and consistent, they also do nice work. Also when you make an appointment they are considerate of your time. When they say an hour it will be an hour unless they are waiting for parts. In that case they've had the courtesy to call me. Will be back there again.

I had a tire light come on and this was the closest shop, I was greeted by Pat, he was very professional and checked in my truck right away. I didn't have an appointment but he was able to squeeze my car in and get it back on the road in no time. Highly recommended!

Michael and Jay and whoever my mechanic was in particular, were truly life savers. They saved my Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi, Laramie from having major costs from a Ram dealership. They knew way more about the issue than the dealership did when they checked it out. Michael has such deep experience especially with my truck and went above and beyond to help me. This meineke is top notch and I will take all my mechanic services to them from now on. Thank you guys so incredibly much for everything. So honest and real, knowledgeable, and truly caring.

This place is top notch. When I called to ask for an appointment even though it was a weekend, Mike took time with me on the phone and got me in immediately on Monday to diagnose my Jeep. These guys took such good care of me and my Jeep that I will be bringing all my cars here for service in the future. This place is a rare gem and I hope they continue this level of expertise and customer service.
