I dropped my car off for front bumper and grill replacement repairs at Auto Pro Collision of Morganville after a minor accident. The scheduling was smooth and got an appointment pretty quickly. The front desk receptionist, Cassandra, was very professional and helpful during drop off and delivery of the vehicle. They did an excellent job with the body repairs on the front bumper and grill. They replaced both the parts and the car looked as good as new after the repairs. I highly recommend using Auto Pro Collision of Morganville for any auto body repairs.
I brought my car to Auto Pro Collision after being involved in a motor vehicle accident in August 2025 because they were an approved autobody shop through my insurance. From the very beginning, the process was smooth and well-communicated. The staff consistently called to provide updates on my vehicle and kept me informed about part availability and repair progress.
Although it took about five months to finally pick up my car, this delay was not Auto Pro Collision’s fault. We were waiting on Mazda to release necessary parts, which caused significant delays outside of their control.
When I did pick up my car, I was extremely happy with the results. The work was excellent, and the car looked as though nothing had ever happened.
Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of the repairs.
Great finish - looked like new. They also did detailing. So got a fresh, clean vehicle at pick up. Got it back ahead of schedule. Professional folks and easy to work with. Highly recommended.
Auto Pro Marlboro, NJ serviced my Jeep in November 2025 and did a wonderful job, but had to go back 1 month later to have Paint Protection Film installed because my newly painted hood needed time to cure. Went back in January 2026. Dropped off my car and the shop manager Stefanos offered to drive me back home when he heard me calling for an Uber. When my Jeep was ready later that day, Stefanos came back to pick me up from my home. Excellent customer service!!! Will definitely recommend this shop to my friends and neighbors.

I was in a horrific auto collision that was 60 miles away from water prime it was late at night I had my car towed there the next morning without even informing them I called them and told them it was coming they were wonderful they guided me they help me simplify the insurance process and while my insurance company wouldn’t allow them to fix it because they totaled my car out they still stored my car help me took important papers out for me they couldn’t of been kinder they got me through the people at the insurance company faster than I was able to get through and they were sort of my lifeline and I didn’t know them at all prior I would’ve love to get my car fixed there but every interaction was with them was 10 times better with then the insurance company then AAA than anybody involved the customer service was top-notch & So appreciate them during this very stressful situation thank you
Made a dumb mistake and buffed through then clear and base coat to the primer on my Ram 1500 on the top of the left fender. Looked not great and was a reminder of my mistake every time I walked to the truck. Brought it in, Freddy took a look and gave me a fair price. The team at Auto Pro Collision they did an awesome job blending the base coat and clearing the fender, it's like I never made the mistake.
Auto pro did speedy, quality work on my car! They were easy to work with and quick to fit me in! I will definitely come back here if my car needs more work (8/28- I did come back and auto pro did another great job!)
Auto Pro Collision is the best body shop that I’ve ever been to. They are very professional and also they are very helpful to my needs. People here are great, the work done on my car was top notch. Had my bumper replaced, noticed a very minor issue and they immediately fixed it with no questions asked. Freddy was very friendly. This shop is fantastic! I brought in my car after it was damaged by a neighbor, and I was pretty upset about the situation. Everyone there eased my mind and assured me that the damage would be repaired quickly, and they were right! I was fortunate that the parts arrived promptly, and the repair was completed in less than 3 days. I received alerts via phone and text, and the staff was always courteous, informative, and accommodating with any questions I had and regarding drop-off/pick-up times. When I saw my car after the repair, I was amazed by how great it looked. It sparkled! You would have never known what happened. Had a small fender bender on my 2016 Honda civic. Insurance suggested I go to this auto body shop due to proximity from home. Super lucky to be sent here. Freddy and his staff were professional, easy to speak to, and very transparent about cost and the work that was to be done. I brought the car in around a holiday and these guys were able to get it done sooner than expected. Quality work upon completion.
A few months later, I had a different issue with the same car. This time I would go out of pocket for the body work. Shopped around for different estimates and Freddy was the most reasonably priced and the fastest to complete. I was overly satisfied with the work when they were done. I am a former Collision repair shop owner and when I had to get my daughters car repaired I was very skeptical about who I was going to send my car to . I was recommended to The Morganville Shop by a friend and after speaking with the shop I was very comfortable bring my car there for repairs. I just picked up the car and I am 100% satisfied with the repair. The car looks beautiful and the staff was amazing. I ran my business with high standards and I am a picky fella. I must say, after recently moving to New Jersey, I was extremely concerned being so far from my “safe zone” of knowing who to go to in a time of need (especially when it comes to my vehicles). We have been here a few months and I was involved in an accident in one of the latest snow storms with my Durango. Asking the few friends we made, each and every one of them referred R&A. Granted, I’m in great spirits because I just received my car back and it looks AMAZING!! But removing my emotions from the equation, I am writing this review as I do believe they are an honest, sincere, excellent quality repair shop, offering that mom and pop feel while providing top notch service.
I initially went to R & A and immediately was put at ease. They informed me they would handle everything from start to finish as soon as I provided them with the proper info. And they weren’t lying. They were kind and jovial on the phone, communicative throughout the whole process, and followed up once completed. And I did NOTHING. Dropped my car off....picked it up. To top it all off, it took them a week to get the job done. A week! There was decent damage to my vehicle that stretched from the quarter panel to the rocker panel, and the passenger door. Unfortunately I have been in motor vehicle accidents before and I was anticipating a two week repair, at minimum. They showed up and impressed. And then I showed up, was given my keys, and drove off. That simple. That easy. Bottom line, if you are looking for a great company to trust and to treat your “baby” as well as you would, go to R & A. They WILL take care of your vehicle and make it as good as new. Recommend to the fullest without any doubts. Thank you so much for an amazing job. I’ll back you guys and gals up anytime.
