poor service, I scheduled a tow 4 hours in advance crew towing was dispatched from onstar, 45 mins into coming here he cancelled it. I called the owner at crew towing - he said I'm too far from him when multiple people called him for help in his area a lot closer. That's not how you treat a paying customer. You don't cancel a request you accepted a hour ago for one near you... Unreliable, trashy and rude... BBB complaint, OnStar complaint and a complaint to the city has been made

Had to get the police involved to find our car. Ridiculous. Edited to add: not shocked they have no record of our car being towed. Like I said, we literally had to file a missing report to figure out the location of our vehicle. We were pretty sure it was stolen by then for awhile, but turns out they’re just incapable of following simple directions and providing communication. Our car showed up at an auto shop after the police started looking for it.

1-18-23. Called AAA to have my daughters car towed to a garage. Driver arrived when expected and handled everything with care. Great guy-sorry I didn’t get his name. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had car trouble the day before and of our scheduled tow. Alex was really courteous and patient with us while we were frantically getting our car fixed the morning before it’s pickup. Would recommend his services to anyone!

My daughter broke down on 287 AAA told her 2 hours. Crew Towing showed up within a half hour and when I called them to check how long. They already had a tow truck with my daughter. I can not Thank them enough. arrived within 20 Minutes.. I will recommend them every time!!

This company was so easy and great to work with. The tow truck got to me within ten minutes of calling I couldn’t believe it. My driver Mike was absolutely great and so helpful. He did such a good job making a normally stressful experience very easy for us. Thank you Mike and Crew towing so much!!

Overall a good and smooth process to move some furniture locally. Took a while with the paperwork process and scanning licenses but it wasn't the worker's fault. The staff were very friendly, respectful, and patient. No complaints here.

Used Crew Towing to transport my car down to Florida. The driver called me the day before pick up and communicated with me right up to pick up. Very pleased with how easily and smooth the transition went.

Leo was awesome!! He was able to find out what was wrong with my car and took the time to show me what to do the next time does the same thing. Very happy and extremely satisfied!!

I was stuck in a parking lot because my transmission was stuck in drive mode. So I called AAA and they sent a tow truck from this company to rescue me and the name of the person was Leo. Leo was extremely helpful and figured out the mechanical problem instantly. He said that if I wanted he could give me a temporary fix instead of towing my car so that I could drive to the repair shop. And that's what he did in under a minute and I was saved a lot of time and inconvenience as I could drive my car immediately to the repair shop. I was extremely pleased with Leo's service and professionalism.

Cost efficient way to tow your car long distance. Customer service is responsive and very professional. I used them based on a referral and they did not disappoint.

Horrible job in "2" (TWO) of my partner's cars... In the same week! Told us they pickup but, just after we saw the storage fee charge on the account, just after calling them, we found out the cars where never picked up!! Not Good!

They did an excellent job shipping my car from Texas to NJ. Fair price and had it here ahead of schedule .Very responsive and even got the car cleaned before i got there to pick it up. Highly recommend using them. Happy Customer

I have worked with them for over 11 years as a transporter for my job. They always give me a fair price and fast pick up dates. If there are ever any issues I am notified immediately and the issues are rectified properly. Wow, this company actually deserves a one star, not even. When you first call them, they’re all nice on the phone and more than happy to help take your order but after they pick up your car, they start with the run around. They’re definitely not professional at all; Mike(the manager) started arguing with me telling me that he’s doing an exceptional job and I should be happy he’s getting my car to me in 7 days even tho the car is still not here yet and it’s already been 7 days. He gives you one date today and the next day he’s changing his word and then when you call him on it he’ll deny it and get an attitude over that. I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER, it’s not like you’re towing the car for free. Their prices were even higher than their competitors but they guaranteed me early pick up and delivery that’s why I went with them and that’s not what they provided. I made a mistake by not reading their reviews and because of that I can only blame myself. I would have never dealt with them if I read the reviews. So if you’re lucky enough to read this review, please STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Mike and Moe are trained to steal and take advantage of people. I had to involve the police after they shipped my two vehicles and told me that they lost the title. It has been over one year and no response from them. I have no option than to sue that Company for stealing by trick...Sad

tThis place has two stars for a good reason while I was on the phone the lady began to speak to someone else in a different language disregarding that she was already on the phone with a customer not only that when I told her I needed towing she told me it would take one to three business days for them to get to me when I live in the same town shut this place down they do not deserve anything

I wish i read the reviews before dealing with the crappy company. They should be shut down and stopped from ripping people off. Dumped my cars at storage for 2 months without notifying me, while I was told my cars already shipped, and wanted me to pay storage fees. Moe did his best but Mike is just not a professional. He is very rude. Mentioned this company to a friend and he warned me immediately but it was too late. Overall avoid THIS PLACE...unless you have money to spare.

NEVER EVER!!!!!!!!!! Use this company for a lot of reasons, Fisrtly my vehicle got damage on this guys yard before it was shipped I have picture evidence to that... secondly, booking rate not bad but other fees crew towing will charge you will make you wanna run! Lastly, whoa this Mike guy is just very very #Rude# his staff always try to be professional but this guy is out of the world... shameful

This is a very terrible company. They are bunch of liars.... Told me my cars won't drive and forcefully diverted my cars to their sister company; eastern logistics to containerize at exorbitant rate. Collected part payment for the container and ended up selling off the container with 4 cars inside without my consent. Bunch of evil people. I strongly advise you to stay away from this company.

Crew Towing is very very unreliable, promised to deliver my car to NC from NY for more than week now, they never did and my car is still sitting in front of my house in NY the day they supposed to deliver it to me in NC. I’m stranded in NC, can’t move around, can’t do my job. It took them about a day or two to debit my account immediately we concluded the transaction via telephone. I will never recommend anyone to patronize them. Worst service ever- Mr. Ojo

They deserve negative star review... they were my number one towing company since I used to buy many vehicles from next door to them. Their price at first was ok to me but then after I would call for a price I had someone call with a different number to ask about the same exact vehicle from the same exact place found out they were using me to their max and ripping me off. There is a big difference between them giving me a price of $750 and then a few mins later about the same exact item from the same exact location for $375. They probably made over $70,000 just with me!! When I confronted Mike the owner he reassured me if I kept using them I'll be satisfied; and so I used them for a few more cars after that but wouldn't care much about timing or condition the cars would arrive in. What ended this was that I had just bought a car for me and it was so valuable to me. The car wasn't in a bad accident at all. They delivered it to me hit. The driver door broken as if someone got looked out and broke the door to get in. The lights were stolen off. The CD player was stolen. The windshield was broken. Two seats were missing. And while the forklifter put the car on the tow truck, in mikes yard, he damaged the bottom of the car hitting the transmission and fuel tank, engine. My car is totally destroyed. Before the car was off the tow truck on the day they were delivering to me, I contacted the original place I bought the car from and they checked their surveillance cameras and saw that mike's crew messed up the car. Called crew towing and spoke to Mike; he said to go screw my self and he isn't paying a penny for damages. They shouldn't be in business ripping off people like this. Very unfair.

NOT recommend their service to anyone. Really Rude CEO. Manager speak bed word on phone and lying on phone about delivery . This is my first time review but I want to share about this company never ever hire this company .

Very irresponsible company. I had them pick up a jeep from me when the jeep arrived it was missing the hard top. Raul said to me that the loader from IAAI auto auction gave them the jeep with no top, but the surveillance video from the auction shows the vehicle loaded in the car carrier with hard top on. Spoke with crew towing owner Mike and was very rude and refused to make good on it. Consumers beware if you book a vehicle with this company they have many other competitors with excellent reviews out there. Just do your homework before you use this company

PLEASE PLEASE NEVER hire this company!!!! This is my first time writing a review on anything because I just had a devastating experience with them. They are totally dishonest people. The driver (Sal) delivered my van and as he was unloading it he damaged my rear bumper as he was backing up and hit the gate. He said he was sorry and asked me to get an estimate and he would take care of all. We both noted the damage on the delivery paperwork and when I asked for a copy he said there was no copy to give me and I should take a picture instead. He repeatedly said not to worry about it. And now that I tried to claim an insurance, he totally denies the incident. I COULD NOT believe what he said. I spoke to the owner of the company and he was totally on his driver's side. He said I don't have enough evidence to prove the driver's fault. They even have the delivery paperwork in front of them with my notes but he said it doesn't mean anything because the signature on the paper is not the driver's. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Not only they don't acknowledge their fault but they don't even allow their insurance to take care of the situation. I will NOT let them get away with this!!!! BE AWARE!!!! JUST DON"T USE THIS COMPANY!!!
