I can't even tell you how friendly the staff is over the top anxious to help you. They accommodate you offer to bring out the products that you purchase to your car and you cannot beat their prices. Because well sometimes prices vary but they're stock is endless so if you need something and you can't find it any place else. Give them a shot because. 99% of the time they will have it and when you need something in the pinch. They come through every times they've been around for all these years and they are our go to people and they deliver same day with a smile. Never dissatisfied always a pleasure to deal with them that's why we will continually order from them

Even though I've been buying parts from different Napa stores for over the last 40 years, I was spending most of my money on Amazon, an internet supplier, vs the local mom and pop shops, for the ease and convenience it provided.
In November of 2020, I closed my Amazon account, and switched to buying all my automotive parts from these guys at Bridge Auto (Napa) in Matawan. These guys are, by far, the most knowledgeable, professional, and helpful auto parts source around.
James, Buddy, Jim and the rest of the crew all are amazing resources for finding the parts I need to keep my company and personal vehicles in top condition.
The folks at Bridge are always there to help me, either with technical advice, or simply to find the oddball parts I'm looking for. They're my first choice when I need a part for any of my vehicles.
On a side note :
Their shop kitty cat, Turbo, is always there to greet me, and put a smile on my face.
Won’t be back. Been shopping Napa for years. Refused to take back a 200 dollar part because it’s an electrical part. Never had that experience at any auto parts store before. Never heard of a store policy like that but it is what it is. Just won’t waste my time at this Napa anymore.
Went there in the just this afternoon had repair my EGR VALVE WAS STUCK IN N.Y WENT TO THEM FOR SOME ADVICE BECAUSE I DIDN'T BUY FROM THEM JUST ASKING COULD IT BE A GROUND ISSUE. THEY HAD AN ATTITUDE AND WALK AWAY I WILL NEVER BUY anything from them ever again. And I hope nobody goes through what I went through. Boycott NAPA AUTO PARTS.
This is a smaller store than other Napa stores but don't stop you from using them. I'm usually working on something old or odd and it helps that these guys are friendly , knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
It may look small but this is a giant store full of knowledgable individuals and guys that will bend over backwards to get you what you need! A+++!!! Thanks Jim, Napa-kid, Buddy, EJ, Allen, Kevin, and Jeff!!!
Bridge auto has gone Millennial with the owners sun now working behind the counter they won’t lift a finger to look for parts. It’s a shame been a customer 10+ years and last 3 trips in all I got was a bad attitude and sent down the street to another parts store because the guy behind the counter did not want to do his job.
Very Good Prices. It's a tiny shop but they pack a lot in there and if they need to order your stuff , it comes quickly. The people are helpful if you ask them questions. Often times there is sale information on the NAPA website.
