Once again I went back to Rt 34 Auto and bought another car from Joe and Mark. I bought a 2023 Buick Envision and absolutely love it! I was able to trade in my 2014 Ford Focus (that I bought from them in 2016). The Focus was a great car, still is, never any problems, but decided to get an SUV. I have personally purchased 18 cars from Mark in the last 25 years. He will answer all your questions so you'll have the information you need to make a decision on which car is right for you. You can either save 30% to 50% on a car by getting one at Rt 34 or take your chances that you might recoup your money on trade in or sale later down the line. If you drive your auto until they die, these autos are especially suited for you.
One of the salesman, Mark has a bad attitude, very rude to customers and not professional at all. I bought a car and every time I called him to check on the status of the car he said stop calling me, stop annoying me and don't call me. I recommend going to a different salesman different than Mark.
