Today I had an issue with my battery, I came to see if they could tell me what was going on and Jordan helped me since I got there. He found the problem out really fast and fixed it. An amazing worker. His service 10/10

I wanted to take an opportunity to recognize the exceptional customer service from Corey when coming in to replace my car battery. Corey’s coworker (he wore black framed glasses) in the store with him was also pleasantly helpful but I do not recall his name. Corey was genuinely kind and patient when helping me with my car outside on a cold winter night and handled this task with ease. He was professional and has a great personality while doing so. Employees who handle customers in the way these gentlemen did are truly an asset to their company. Thanks guys!

I was there today to get a new windshield wiper. The employees were very friendly and helpful and offered to install it for me. I’ve also came here before to replace car fob batteries and they always had what I needed. Also quick and efficient!

Zack was wonderful! He took the time to help me find the right headlight bulb for my car and changed for me! Attentive and efficient! Very satisfied with his work!

Waited in store for 10 minutes just to get to the register to get a part ordered the part came to the counter and was told the guy would be out to ring me out low and behold no one came out for 15 minutes there was no one in the store at all just one other customer and there was a guy checking inventory that could’ve easily stopped and checked us both out the other guy was waiting in line to be checked out longer then me this location is horrible when it comes to this I will no longer be back at this one east Brunswick is ten times better would’ve been better off going to advanced around the corner

So I went to the store for my brakes returning and there was a guy named Kevin he was so rude first he made me stand in the store for 10 minutes while he was doing something in the back and then he came and declined to take the brakes back as it was under warranty and he told me that he will make sure that no one will return you these brakes… I went to a different store and returned it without any problem… I think mister Kevin had some mental issues or he don’t know how to talk with the customers worst experience will never recommend anyone to do business with them

I went to Autozone for headlights for my Honda Accord. A nice gentleman by the name of Kevin helped me at the register; I believe he was the store manager. I went out to my car to put the bulbs in but was unable to get the drivers side in. Kevin kindly came out to help me and even got his hands dirty putting the grease in he sold me with the bulbs. Great experience and will definitely be shopping here again for all my auto parts as long as Kevin is the store manager.

Bought wipers for my truck. Took them home. Could not for the life of me put them on. So I return to the store. Associate Aurora assisted me. In 2 minutes flat, total time, my new wipers were installed. And Aurora did it with such a great attitude and a smile. Aurora is an asset and because of her I will return whenever I need automotive needs. Thank you Aurora.

I usually don’t make reviews but after Cory’s excellent service I had to this autozone is amazing and the reason I think so is because of Cory he helped me in a time of need when my car was broken down got me back on the road helped me change my battery even gave a hand while I was changing another part on my vehicle made sure if I needed anything I could count on him he even let me use the store bathroom to wash my hands due to the fact they were super dirty this type of customer service and kindness should be displayed in every workplace

Been in multiple times to pick up quick parts for my car and each time excluding one time (why it's getting two stars instead of one) I've had issues. Either on their website it says they have 5 of the item I'm looking for yet when I go in and look they don't and after looking for someone for 5min to ask if they do in fact have it they tell me if it's not on the floor they don't have it. Leading me to my next problem of just trying to find someone to ask questions or even to check out. It's impossible to find anyone around because everyone hides in the back. One time having a kid look around for 10 minutes till I finally just yelled in the store and someone appeared to finally checkout. Just a terrible AutoZone avoid it if you can.

so disappointed in service, I needed a battery the other day and store manager Nadiyah told me she couldn’t put it in because she didn’t know how to do it. I come to Autozone to change my battery all the time but I ended up going somewhere else for a battery because no one can help. I sure won’t be coming back.

Halua (hope in spelling that right) replaced my battery in a very friendly and timely manner, had a great experience, definitely deserving of a 5 star review

Super friendly and nice people! My car broke down because of the tire and they helped me for free and always look after their customers! They have the biggest heart and their store is great!

i recently visited autozone and had an outstanding experience thanks to a young employee named Ian. i was having trouble finding the right part for my car and he went above and beyond to help me out. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, patient in answering all of my questions and made sure i got exactly what i needed. His friendly demeanor and excellent customer service truly made my day! autozone is lucky to have such an amazing employee like him. Way to go Ian!

I was sooo pleased with the customer service I received by all the staff but one young lady named Aurora went above and beyond! She was very courteous but most off all patient with all of my questions.

I don’t Iike to leave poor reviews, but I am still irked by the customer service I received here last night. I came to buy new headlights and for assistance with installation. Upon entering the store, I informed the clerks what I needed assistance with. Two said they couldn’t assist and one older women asked “Corey” if he could assist. He obliged, came out to my car, to test the lights and then proceeded to look up the bulb I needed. He seemed to be well versed on this type of thing. He was very friendly and helpful all until he began ringing me up. He started talking about the change in weather, how it gets darker earlier, (all while processing payment) and then after making those comments, handed me my receipt for $57 dollars and then said “too bad I was never trained to change the bulbs on headlights. Have a good night.” I know this was a straight up lie, as evidenced by other reviews saying he assisted them with more involved things. I would’ve appreciated them just saying they couldn’t assist to begin with, as opposed to selling me an item that I can’t install myself. This was completely misleading, and I know it was done on purpose to make the sale. I won’t be returning to this location.

All I needed was a battery changed. I knew there was no way I was doing it based on its location. My man Cory Bell took care of it with ease. He had the tools to make it happen, the patience to make it happen and the knowledge to make it happen. Thank you Cory for making it cool.

Thanks to Jeff and Big Ed for their courtesy, respect and prompt service! Being one of the 1st customers also has it's benefits. I'm still grateful that they provided the necessary battery change without trying to talk me into buying anything that I don't need! Future customer! ✋🏽

Found my favorite AutoZone store. If you meet someone like Christian (one of the staff here) to attend to you, it's already a good day for you. Patient, knowledgeable and ready to go high and above to make sure you get the correct part.

Always helpful staff! The manager helped me with finding what I needed to fix my dicer which has nothing to do with cars! I needed a pin and screws. He figured out what size I needed and he found me the pin I needed. Thank you for being so helpful and going above & beyond !
