I needed a battery on short notice, so I swung by on my way to work-- they had it installed and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes.

This is a top-notch organization much better than the rest. Richard was a big help. I originally left this review at the wrong location, but they're all advanced auto parts and yes, they are advanced. Great people service and they have what you need at a fair price.

They did a great job at replacing my vans battery. My boy Vinny is very helpful with getting the right oil .How much oil is needed.

John (the GM) and Mo helped me out with my battery and really did a great job! Battery was badly corroded but John did an awesome job changing it out. Very informative and sociable. Truly appreciate their assistance!

I am grateful to the people who work here, they are always helpful. The service is excellent!

Such an amazing store with great employees. I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Richard and whether or not he’s the manager he treated me like he was. Spot on service as scheduled with a professional attitude oh and did I mention great prices. I highly recommend this store for any of your auto needs.

I had very good experience both the times I have been here. Gritsko was the one who helped me with my purchases both times. He went out of his way even when it was raining outside and fixed the new wiper blades for my car. Thank you again!!

I came here in need of an OBD readout of my car (because Pep Boys next door were obnoxious when I went there for help 1st). I don’t know who helped me at Advanced Auto Parts, but he was extremely helpful and had a great friendly welcoming attitude while helping me. Getting the readout was a free service yet the gentleman was so nice to me. I mentioned it to my friend who loves cars and he agreed these guys are the friendliest auto parts people around. If I ever need to buy misc car stuff, I’m coming here next time for sure.

Would not recommend going to this store. He was not customer service friendly at all. The customer before me was trying to pick up and online order and he was giving the customer an attitude because one of his orders went to another store. The guy behind the counter would not even look at me when I was asking him a question. Then I asked him the question and he didn’t know (with an attitude) didn’t even bother to ask or look it up. I have been in there multiple times and this will certainly be my last. I would rather drive the extra mile to go to another auto parts store.

Well maintained store, helpful staff & they offer curbside assistance. I got caught in heavy traffic right by them, when my oil light came on. Though I knew what to do I couldn't get the oil cap to budge. John came out & solved the issue, filled the oil & double checked the oil level was okay. Thanks 😊

This place is just like AutoZone where you can find anything you need for your car . Stopped there looking for an air pump or somebody to put it but didn't see their service area. Being there before getting tire caps . Very convenient store.

The manager Paul and his sales associate Mike T. went out of their way to make me feel like I wasn't a burden. Usually when you go to an auto parts store you're having a bad day cuz your car broke down or is on the verge of breaking down these guys understood that the came outside they looked at what I was going through they assessed the situation and helped me every step of the way never making me feel like I was a problem they honored my coupons & helped me search for what I was looking for it even if it wasn't in the computer until they finally found it never have I experienced such quality and Leadership from customer service at any place like this before they were very informative I will go out of my way to make sure I come back to this store these guys should be running a shop

I ordered some parts but before ordering them I asked the person who attended to me that if I ordered the parts I could pick them up the next day and he said yes I could pick up from 10:00 am to 1pm I did this because I had already gone to stores Previous and they told me that I had to wait a few days. My point is that they have people who know what they are doing and that they are not friendly, they have a very bad attitude, the only thing they want is to sell at any cost.

Placed an order online for a car battery using a discount code I received through email. Order was ready when I arrived, checkout was quick. I can return the old battery at any location and they will credit my card $20. Battery for a 2010 Hyundai Elantra came to $100 with the core return so a good deal.

Just love these people. Always helpful, friendly, and patient... Even if they just got to refer you to do work somewhere else.

I purchased a battery online today and when I showed up it was waiting for me. Now that's a plus!!!! Great service.... but it gets better the man at the counter offered me the tool set there and I swapped the battery out right there so I didnt have to go back...he was super busy in there but being handy, it was a quick job for me to do it so I didnt have to go back with the old battery... Amazing! Great guys and great service!! Thanks fellas..keep up the great work!! A+

Always useful to have one around. Parts prices are very reasonable. Much like all other branches I've visited, it's usually about a half hour to get any type of help.
