The whole process to get my car towed was easy from start to finish. I was so stressed about leaving my car in a parking lot over night, when Jack told me he could have someone out in 45mins I felt so relieved. Kyle took great care of my car and got it where it needed to be. He took extra measures to make sure snow was cleared on the part of the street I wanted my car parked. Everyone was very kind and the whole thing was stress free. If I’m ever in a situation where I’m stuck and need help, I’m going to call again. Thank you so much!
This company came through for me. Matt was awesome. He came and handled my truck just like it was his own. Took my truck home and was able to drop it off in my problematic driveway. He was very professional and honestly a really awesome guy. This will be my only tow company I use because of the experience I had. Thank you guys for being great and thank you Matt for the exceptional service and laughs to help calm me down in my stressful time. I will always recommend you guys when ever possible.
If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. I've had to use A-Jacks twice in a two day span and I've had incredible service both times. I have a lifted truck and Matt knew for sure how to get my truck safely to its destination twice. Matt is a great assest to the company, and extremely helpful. The dispatcher Jack was patient and friendly. I recommend A-Jacks to anyone and everyone who needs a tow. Thanks again guys, I appreciate it.

got quoted by 3 different providers for a long distance tow. this company’s quote was $1,050. The other two quotes were $750 and $800. Extremely overpriced.
After having my truck serviced at a local dealership, the wheel of my truck came off while traveling on route 55. It happened early in the morning, and Matt from A Jacks responded promptly. His service and knowledge was five star! My truck went off the road when the wheel came off and Matt took the time to not further damage my truck when recovering the truck from the roadside. Thanks to him no further damage was done to my truck. I could not have asked for a better experience in a challenging situation.

Do not get service from this company. Terrible customer service. All they care about is making their money and not helping you out. Couldn’t pick my car up for 2 weeks since I was in the hospital from my accident, charged me $1,300 to get my car out of there lot. Wouldn’t work with me with a doctor note from why I couldn’t get my car. Wouldn’t allow another tow company to get my car out of their lot. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
A JACK'S towing was prompt and affordable for a very good tow. The driver Kyle took extra care of my 1970 cougar as we dropped it off at the garage I would use them again with no hesitation
This was my first time needing a tow and I googled all my local tow truck companies and this one had the best reviews so I went with it and it did not disappoint!
They came to us in a timely manner and once he arrived, quickly assessed the situation, hooked up the car and drove it to the Destination that was provided to him!
When we arrived he helped us put our car in an extremely tight parking spot with such PINPOINT driving excellency! All while smiling and being extremely friendly! This man treated my girlfriend with such respect.
The drivers name is Matt. Matt thank you so much for doing an amazing job and for not discriminating what so ever like many companies do now a days. This man deserves a raise just for how he treats customers and the crazy amount of professionalism he shows.

I could not find a towing service that would come out in a reasonable time. My wife called this company and they were able to get to me within 20 minutes. Matt was very professional and was a pleasure to talk to on the ride home. Would definitely recommend this company for towing!
Got our Mercedes sprinter stuck in the mud. Call AJacks up, got all the details they needed from me in just a minute. Had someone out to us in 30 minutes. We spent 30 minutes trying to get ourselves out and they were so fast it almost made me mad! Lol
Seriously though, professional, polite, and clearly experts at how quickly they hopped out of the truck and had us hooked up and pulled out. I can't even believe some of the bad reviews on here because we had nothing close to any of those experiences.
Dropped off my car for brakes and rotors, work was done quickly professionally will most certainly use A Jacks again for any upcoming services needed ! Quality is never an accident it is the result of sincere effort and skillful execution
Hands down the best towing company I ever used. A guy named Matt gave us a tow when we needed it most. Was on time as promised, truck was very clean inside and out, and Matt was a true professional. Also the rates were fair and safe driving on the way to the shop. I’ll never use another towing company ever besides them.

I had the absolute best experience today with this tow truck service. First I called at 8:30am & was promptly put on the phone with a driver and scheduled. I assumed from previous experiences of calling for a tow it would be awhile for the vehicle to be moved. I called the Jeep Dealership to make sure the vehicle was ready and able to be picked up easily. When the driver arrived my Jeep Grand Cherokee was blocked in and had major parts laying around loose on top of the engine and the hood not latched. I highly recommend the driver Matt, he was extremely patient and efficient he secured all my parts and had the vehicle delivered to me by 12pm. I never leave reviews but this service & pricing was great! ….will never call another company !! Thank you!

Service was excellent. I was told that someone would be able to tow my vehicle within the hour and 20 minutes later Matt arrived ready to roll. He took great care of my vehicle while loading/unloading and had a positive attitude throughout. Definitely will recommend this company for anyone in need of a tow.

Very prompt response right from the initial phone call. ETA was estimated to be 45 minutes for towing services, but Matt got to me in 20 minutes. It's such moments when your car breaks down, one gets to appreciate a receptive voice at the end of the line. The price was reasonable and I was happy to pay for the customer service alone. I would highly recommend 10/10!
One of my diesel utility trucks blew an oil line on RT73 at 6pm. My mechanic recommended A Jacks. They had a flatbed truck on site in 30 minutes. Their man, Matt, was prompt, professional and spent 45 minutes loading and securing the truck to the deck. Had it delivered to my mechanics shop. I would highly recommend this company and their driver Matt.
The tow was fine but the owner took it upon himself to change my oil and bill me for it without calling and asking. Adding a 30 dollar charge I didn't have the money for that day. I will not go back. To perform services without consent is like stealing. Yes my truck needed an oil change I knew that I also didn't have the money. So he did work I didn't ask to have done, he also did it without a even a phone call. These are hard times but that is unethical.
2nd time getting my car serviced here, great work. I needed a full exhaust, They shopped it to get me the best price for it even got my passenger side mirror it fits perfect, though I didn't ask for it but, I did need it they gave me an oil change. If ever I need repairs again, I'll definitely choose A Jack's first. Again great work and reasonable prices. My car is running great. Thank you Jack and crew.
Jack was great! I called Tuesday morning and told him what I needed he gave me an estimate right on the phone, came and towed my car about 45 minutes to 1 hour later, repaired the things I needed and a few other things ( not outrageously priced, but definitely needed) also gave my car an oil change, everything was done by Friday morning, I went and picked it up and everything was a few dollars cheaper than the original estimate. My car is running great ? I am completely satisfied with Jack and A-Jacks Towing & Recovery. Thank you so much for getting my car back on the road safely.
This review is purely based on the fact that I called for a price, he saw on the caller ID that I had an out of state number and told me to call back the next day. When I asked if he was not able to give me a price, he asked where I was located (less than 5 miles from your location) and when I told him, he all of the sudden was able to give me the price. Taking nothing away from the service you provide as I'm sure it is great work but his customer service could use some improvement.
Jack was great! Very responsive and flexible with the whole process of transporting my vehicle. He was very meticulous and professional with carefully loading my vehicle on the truck with the requisite attention to detail with every step. I highly recommend!
We just got our car towed and was very impressed. The owner was very professional and arrived 15 minutes earlier than he stated. He was there on site less than 30 minutes after getting off the phone. Would use him again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much.
