Dealing with Salina at this towing company is the worst customer service experience of my life.
They were the buyer of a "Clunker Junker" bid for my old SUV.
From the start, she is nasty and had I not wanted to get rid of the car before the new year, I would have never scheduled with them.
I scheduled for an 11am-2pm window. The day of, it was around 1:45pm so I called to see if they would arrive soon.
She told me they called me at 7:02am (never happened) and no one answered so they didn't come. I asked why they wouldn't leave a voicemail. She didn't want "to argue with [me]" and hung up the phone when I wouldn't immediately reschedule.
I contacted them a few more times to speak with a supervisor and no one answered.
I called Clunker Junker who said they'd reach out to them. I had to call them back and spoke with Salina again, who said she was the only one there (I asked for a supervisor) and if I wanted to reschedule. When I wouldn't immediately just reschedule she hung up again.
I cannot understand how this woman is employed. I advised Clunker Junker not to use them and I rescheduled with a new company.
I needed to get rid of my old car, and this junkyard was the perfect solution. They offered me a good price, and the process was quick and painless. I really appreciated their transparency and professionalism. Five stars!
