We found Nutley KIA kind of by accident but are happy we did. From my first phone call with Teresa we had a great experiences. Our sales representative spent Adam was great to work with and spent over 90 minutes with us going over the car. This on a day that we were not making a final decision but his service that day sealed the deal! Mohammed, the finance manager was also a pleasure to work with. Definitely buy your new Kia from Nutley Kia! I started researching for a car about a month ago, and realized that I always liked the way the Sportage looked aesthetically and I liked the features and the functions of it. I first went to Nutley Kia and tried a used 2023 Sportage prestige which was beautiful, but the After the test drive with Brandon, I decided the acceleration was not to my liking. On the advice of a friend, I was told to return and try the hybrid. On this day, I was greeted by Adam. I found Adam to be very knowledgeable about the vehicle,also being the owner of a Sportage hybrid himself. We took a short test drive. Significant difference in speed and pick up.I found the car had everything I wanted. I was very satisfied with the vehicle although they didn’t have the exact model and color I wanted on the lot, but Adam was able to locate me a similar model with an additional feature of a sunroof, not on my list, but he and Kyle worked with me so that it was an acceptable option financially. I was given a very reasonable amount for my trade in. We hashed out all the numbers to where we were all happy and then on to finance with Mohammed who presented all my options in a pressure free manner.The deal was done. Afterwards Adam took the time to re-explain all the features and functions to me and my wife and set us up to use all the functions through our phones to start, unlock the doors and even set climate controls for warm ups. Thank you Adam , Kyle and Mohammed for making a car purchase experience pleasant for once. I can’t express enough what a great dealership this is to work with . Nightmare experience. I regret buying from Nutley Kia due to serious failures on the management and registration side. I’m a Pennsylvania resident and purchased a vehicle here (Toyota Rav4 2020). From the beginning, I was told I was not allowed to handle my own PA registration and plates and that the dealership had to do it. I trusted that process. They issued a 30-day NJ temporary plate, then a second 30-day temporary registration when the first expired. That second temporary tag expired on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, and I still did not receive my Pennsylvania plates or registration. I was left with a car I cannot legally drive. I want to be clear that my salesperson, Karim, was polite and genuinely tried to help. This does not appear to be his fault. The real issue is with management and back-office handling of registration and accountability. I have been trying for four days to reach a manager, and no manager has responded or returned my calls. I am still trying. The lack of urgency, communication, and responsibility from management is unacceptable—especially when their failure directly left me without transportation. If you are an out-of-state buyer, be extremely cautious. Make sure registration timelines, responsibilities, and backup plans are clearly guaranteed in writing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this dealership.

Update January 2026. Below you will see I purchased a 2019 Rogue from Nutley. It was a great experience but as anyone who buys a used car knows things can go wrong. I can attest that Nutley stands behind the cars they sell. I received service above and beyond anything you can imagine. From Colleen my service advisor to Craig the Service Manager they treated me like family. I honestly cried when picking up my repaired car due to the extraordinary way I was taken care of. Once again Nutley has my highest recommendation. I just purchased a car from Ray at Nutley Kia. It was a really great experience. Ray was both knowledgeable and kind. When I flip flopped on what I was looking for he was nonplussed, helping me to get the right car. I enthusiastically recommend Nutley Kia as a dealership and definitely ask for Ray

So here’s the thing. Leasing a new car is hard and Kia of Nutley made it easy. I worked with Peter a couple of years ago and was excited to get to close a deal with him. I brought my trade from a different dealer because frankly I did not like the way my previous lease was handled. The entire team had a great energy and I finally felt like a dealership cared about the customer. I swear someone even offered me a Dunkin’ Donuts run when I was in the finance office. If you’re ready to make a deal go with these guys. They’re transparent and a good bunch.

This is my first experience with leasing a car. I went to Nutley Kia on Tuesday and left with a car the same night. Karim Haggag is the salesman who helped us and he was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely helpful, very friendly , took his time and never made me feel pressured.He was assisting us for a good 5 hours from the moment we stepped on the lot to the moment I drove off the lot with my new car. We were SOOO badly treated at Fette Kia as the salesperson basically kicked us out just because we told him we think about it. I didn't want to just go home after this terrible experience at Fette so decided to stop by at Nutley Kia since it was close to my home. Boy was it a night and day! Katherine treated us so well especially to my daughter while waiting. She answered every question with much patience and understanding.
