Tonight I was stranded at Penn Station In Newark NJ. With no way to get back home I called this Towing Company. I was met refreshingly by someone with a great attitude and great knowledge about cars. Instantly after telling him the issue with my battery he knew the exact solution in which was needed to solve the problem. After taking my car to the street in which I reside, in a matter of minutes he fixed my battery issue and my car was back to normal! God bless him and I’m grateful to have called for his services! Literally had a storm last night , almost drowned in my car and then they tell me they can’t help and hang up on me when I asked who can help . Mad rude
If I can give this company zero stars I would. My car broke down at night in Newark. I called Tow Truck Newark they said they would be there in an hour. Which I was fine with waiting. An hour goes by they don’t show up I called they said they would be there in another 15 minutes only to get a call a few moments later telling us their tow truck broke down and they will not be servicing us that night. They just left us hanging and told me to find another tow truck company to help us.
I was going home from a long day at work to come find out my car had 2 flat tires. I called Tow Truck Newark and they were so nice to me. The dispatcher was very understanding. He understood my frustration. Their prices was great!!! And their ETA was 45 minutes and the driver arrived within the 25 minutes. I cant stress it enough they are the best in the area. See you soon Tow Truck Newark staff. Keep up the amazing work.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. UNETHICAL. We agreed upon a price, and when they tried to increase it at the last minute, I canceled my request for services and decided to use a different company. After telling them this, they LIED saying it was too late, they were already at the auto body shop and already had my car on the back of the tow truck. I called the auto body shop and they said no tow company had even been at the shop that day, and that my car was still sitting safely in the shop. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
We were on the way home from the airport after a very long overseas flight when we got a flat tire on the side of the highway. We had already waited for two hours for another tow company when I called and explained the problem. They were so efficient at getting the details of where we were and then arrived quicker than they predicted! The guy was super helpful and then lead us to a fantastic garage in town to get a replacement tire!! I wish we had called them first. I can not recommend them enough!!

I put tint on all the windows in my home and I picked a tint that was too dark, so I removed it by window tinting Brooklyn. I also decided to use them to tint my windows because they have a variety of different window films, I fell in love with a few films . They have a amazing decorative films that you could even create your own logo on them. They did a fantastic job and I will be using them for more projects.
"They took over 3 hours to get to my house. Beware, their price seemed great, but I was very late to work and it wasn't worth the wait. Totally unprofessional.
