First get the money, then unload the car from the trailer. Otherwise you won't get the money. I wasted 2 hours trying to get my money and only then unloaded the car from the trailer and gave it to them. It's better not to deal with them!
Defective parts that people are are scammer they cannot keep the word I return the parts and they never give you the money back and there is no warranty it's all bulshit my recommendation to all the people go there to stay away from this business save your time save your money and save your energy
They went way above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Very understanding, patient, accommodating, respectful, and again went out of his way to make sure we got the transmission we needed!
FRAUD! They don't pay for transport services, after delivery their boss specifically ignores calls and texts. I strongly do not recommend working with them.
The bad reviews are accurate business is a straight up fraud first of all they only accept cash so they cannot give you your money back when the part they gave you is not working they also steal money from transport drivers that drive cars to them they never pay for anybody reads this please please avoid this please you will get scammed 100% in my situation, already handled with the authorities and justice will be served soon for these people avoid at all cost
We transported vehicle for them,and they supposed to pay us on delivery,they said to our driver unload the vehicle and we will pay,once he unload it they just took the keys and left that area.
We still didn`t receive our payment,do not work with them,they are scammers.
Please do not have any bussines with them, i was delivering a car from auction to them, they told will send me money in two days so far i never got paid, and the owner doesn't answer at all!
Their horrible I’m currently going through the worst with them their not answering they took a piece off of my motor they sold me and now their not answering
I am 1,5 hours away and been told that my parts will be off the vehicle in an hour and perfect condition
Finally came in 3 hours, parts still on the vehicle and unusable
Spent 3 hours and $60 for nothing

Place doesn't answer their phone, and doesn't respond to requests for tracking information on a part I paid for and ordered two weeks ago. Because of this, I have an upset customer with a vehicle waiting for parts still. I have no idea where the part is currently in transit or when I will (hopefully) receive it. Honestly, I'm just frustrated and let down, because now this will hurt my business.
As of now, sitting at 1 star. Will update if that changes.

Finally received the part. It's a little troubling that I had a hard time getting in touch with the business, but overall they did come through to get me the part I needed.

I have never been treated so disrespectful in my life!!! Gil, has lied to me over and over> he sold me a rusted out piece of junk 7.3 diesel motor. He keeps telling me his guy is delivering the other motor, I have waited two whole separate days. its been three weeks and no motor .The lies are unbievable!! no one ever shows up and no one answers the phone. Do not buy anything from this place you will get ripped off!! GIL, I will not stop untill you either take care of me with the other motor or give me my money back!!!!!!!
Bad service. I called twice to see if my ordered part that I paid for arrived they said maybe later today. I called back they ignored my call. Then I called again many times to see if they would pick up they forward me to voicemail. My boyfriend called and they answered right away. All they had to say was sorry it's not coming today call tomorrow. A business should never ignore their customers
i wish there was a lower rating then 1 star the worst auto parts store i have ever had to deal with being in the business for almost 40 Years,. i bought a navigation screen for a bmw x3 got the wrong tracking number 3 days later after calling 15 times and it was for someone elses parts now there is no answer on the phone !still have not received my part .....
Wish I could give 0 stars this place is terrible they had my mechanic waiting 2 days for a transfer case they could have just said they didn’t have it so I could get it somewhere else , I’m going to be filing a small claim against this place for my missed work for 2-3 days and the stress and anxiety they put me thru NEVER EVER USE THIS PLACE Lacey user auto parts would be a better option
If you are looking to get wrong parts, not delivered on promised timely manner, the “run around “ and when you show up for a refund waiting time is about 2 hours. This is your place.

Very poor service, it was a hassle to purchase a computer engine that I needed for my car. I went three times in total because they still did not have it ready. You would think as a customer buying from their company they would be a little courteous. Speaking in general here, if you purchase something from any place the customer should be treated with respect. Ok well anyways, the owner was very unprofessional, he was always on the phone. On top of that he sold me the wrong piece, and when I returned it he did not even bother to apologize for the inconvenience. Very rude. If you are a owner of a company you should AT LEAST know how to treat your customers, especially if they are females.

Garbage!!! I ordered a mirror tuesday and friday I still didn't have it. Called in and they said I had to go pick it up because their truck was down. I told them I would wait till Monday for them to deliver it. Monday came, no mirror. I called back and they said I would have it tuesday. Never got it. DO NOT GET PARTS FROM THEM. This company deserves no stars. They are trash. I ordered an engine from them and was promised twice I would recieve it by a certain time and my mechanic still has not received the part. Never again will I work with them again. Bad service and a waste of time. Beware and stay away!!!!
Horrible Customer Service. Ordered an engine for a customers car on friday, and it was to be delivered the following monday. They never showed on monday, and nobody answered the phone. When I called tuesday to find out where engine was, I was told I was scheduled for thursday. They said there was nothing they could do. So thursday comes, and Once again NO ENGINE. Nobody answered phone thursday afternoon or friday. These People have no idea how to run a business. Buy parts from ANYBODY else.
