This guy is listed on here under multiple different company names and numbers. This so he can control the market prices for cars. Definitely a SCAM!!!. BEWARE! I needed car picked up same day. I was told no problem it can be picked up within the hour, I'll have "The Office" call you. Perfect i can get this done before work. After waiting a little over an hour with no call back i called the next number on the list. Guess who picked up? Same guy. "We're gonna cancel your appointment because your shopping around!"
Called them on new years eve and they came to pickup the car within an hour. Speedy pickup, courteous tow drivers, and quick cash in hand. Great service!
horrible customer service, he hang up the phone in the middle of our conversation cause i don’t know what a catalyst converter. rude that’s not how you talk to people or treat people. don’t recommend this place to anyone trying to junk their car.
Editing to respond: How could I use my car as a trade in without a title..Dont lie I told you I had a title lol you just decided not to do business because I didnt cower down to your rudeness..nobody's stealing hoopties lol I'm a whole 40+ plus woman with children. Sold my car to this company after it was broken into and burgled. Was offered $500 for my car the way it was, when they came to pick it up they said they can only give me $380 as the catalytic converter was missing. I had the pictures that their tow truck driver took of the missing part examined by a Honda specialist who showed me that the part was indeed still there and not missing. They scammed me out of what was originally offered.
While cleaning out my vehicle i left the EZpass behind which i had not realized until weeks later when i went to look at my statement to find that my EZpass has made several trips in and out of Manhattan since selling my car.
I went to their advertised location to speak to them and all I found was a residential building that had a real-estate lockbox on the door.
I needed to get rid of a junk car, so I reached out to them. They offered me a great deal on it, so I took advantage of it. The car was soon removed, and the operation went extremely smoothly.
Excellent service and bought my totaled car for a nice amount. Wasn't suppose to get as much as I did because the catalyc converter was damaged but he gave me the same amount anyway. Cried like a baby after watching him tow it away, but I'm truly grateful for their service.
