The guy that answered the phone is rude as hell. He told me he was goin to have someone out within a hour so a hour past and I still got no phone call. [I should've read the reviews first so I knew how to conduct myself with this guy ...He can dish out rudeness but cant take it well...We're all adults young man ,no one's beneath you just because we're trying to get rid of a clunker and would like your service. horrible customer service, he hang up the phone in the middle of our conversation cause i don’t know what a catalyst converter. rude that’s not how you talk to people or treat people. don’t recommend this place to anyone trying to junk their car.
