A little late since this was from 2024, but I remembered this guy and he deserves a bad review. He is a really rude and awful individual. I don’t usually insult people over business but he was the one who started that. Called me a “whiteboy” who doesn’t know a thing about cars. He was screaming and really just trying to escalate things. The best part is, after that whole thing he offers me $500. I laughed at his joke of an offer. Just go and sell the car on Facebook marketplace, maybe if he was nicer I’d say to go there. But on top of trying to scam you out of your money, the guy is incredibly rude and dishonest. STAY AWAY from this place. I sold my car for $1500 on my own 2 weeks after dealing with this guy
Update: You said all of the other people were “lying” too. I couldn’t even make up a story that good. Your dishonesty will eventually catch up to you, and with your deplorable and stupid responses it’ll only prove my point and everyone else’s further
Very rude and disrespectful the man has anger issues don’t call these people for any service . Call another junk yard and they don’t pay enough they cancelled my call and guess what I called another junk yard and got more money
With all due respect, I don’t usually give bad reviews, however I felt compelled to share my most honest concerns. I don’t understand how as a business man one can be so rude and not compassionate. For one, time windows are given and I understand other assignments are happening but if you can’t agree on a time or need to change a time, he gets flustered and nasty. Unfortunately life doesn’t happen on your terms and things can occur. This is why as a business owner, you need to open minded and flexible just another characteristic he lacks. He talks over you and doesn’t allow you to say much of anything before he hangs up on you. Working in a field that requires so much customer service and being short won’t make the situation any better. I also find it strange, that he has so many LLC’s for the same junk car business which is frustrating when trying to find someone who really wants to help. There are many different numbers and cities under the same man. It’s horrible to be in a situation you possibly didn’t want to be in and to further deal with an egotistical arrogant person. It would behoove you to humble yourself and not do this just for money. Have some compassion and understand some people didn’t want to be in the situation they’re in. Also know whatever God gives, he can take away. Please deal with whatever you have going on internally so you can come back and assist the community with better traits or hire someone who can assist with more empathy, compassion, and customer service.
I would love to see the story he makes up about me when our conversation was VERY brief.

I dont usually like to write negative reviews on any business. My motto is if you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say it. But this time, I just couldn't let this pass. The person who finalized the deal is extremely rude and beyond word could express. I clearly explained the condition of my car prior to his crew picking up the car. The car wasn't started in a while as it was sitting on the driveway. If any car is started after a week or two, some smoke would come through the exhaust. The person calls back cursing as if I had held some information back. Business goes both ways. If you dont respect the customers point of view and can't let them explain, why even bother staying in the business. That's all.

I am not the only one who called you out on your ... you're extremely rude. Don't try to hide behind honesty. You're far from honest. Keep up the reputation of terrible customer service and learn how to speak like adults.
Worst customer service . Called four times & they kept giving me different times to pick up the vehicle. Last call i did, they gave me attitude & acting smart lol , also they’re short with drivers. Took about two days to pick up my car since they “forgot” .
Rude person that answered the phone. No help. Rushed me. Didn't even ask if my car had issues. Told me "nice try" and hung up on me. Didn't give me a exact price either. RUDE ! DONT CALL THESE PEOPLE!

THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW. They didn't pick up my car because the guy answering the phone is really rude. He quoted me a price of $400 one day, then the next day, he stated that he never gave me that quote, (I didn't care how much it was, because I wasn't doing it for the money). After he accused me of being a liar, he hung up on me. He then sent me a nasty text further accusing me of being a scammer. Wish I could give it 0 stars.
My father used your services and was truly impressed with the level of service he received. The response time was phenomenal and the return amount for his vehicle was better than even I would've thought. Amazing company you guys have. My dad was truly pleased.

Picked up my car within an hour of my first call. Paid cash, offered more than others. Provided a receipt which is NOT something everyone else will do. Highly recommend.
Originally I thought this was a easy pick up the car and go it was the complete opposite. The service was not professional at all. I called on the company on Friday and at first they offered me a good price and said they would be able to pick my car up the same day. Then the tow truck driver didn't show up at the time that was agreed on so I gave the company a call. They said he was like half an hour away was I waited nearly 2 more hours until I received a phone call from the tow truck driver. I thought everything was fine when he said he was on his way but then I received another phone call from the driver saying his truck was too big and that he arrived at my house without me even seeing him. He offered to pick up the car Monday which I was fine with. Monday came and the driver was suppose to arrive around 2 but didn't show up. I called again and he said he come after 6. But as predicted no one showed up. This is the worst service I have ever seen.
Great experience and very pleasant overall deal. I spoke with Jorge over the phone and made appointmemt for him to pick up my car. He was prompt, professional and reliable. Marcus, the tow driver was extremely friendly and polite. I highly recommend Cash for Junk Cars NJ and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
