This place gave the best price after calling 2 other places. Mariah on the phone was very nice and professional and answered all my questions. Marcos the tow truck driver was also very nice and professional and understanding when I told him i was upset about my car. I recommend this company and would definitely use them again. I was given an appointment time between 10:00 & 2:00. I waited the 4 hours and no one came or called. When I called the office I was told they didn't have anything else in the area so they would like to reschedule. Horrible customers service!!!! I guess if I didn't call them I would wait for days. I took the day off from work for this appountment.
Not a reputable company to work with. I will also report them to the better business bureau. There are plenty of other companies that will junk your car, use someone else!!!!!!
Called to just ask if they sell parts and the girl who picked up just said “no” and hung up. Some customer service that is. This place is exactly what they have...junk.
Christina is the best person there she gave me more money for my junk car then anyone else and fast and prompt service I wish I could junk a car everyday to just deal with such honest and professional people!!!!

Drove one and a half hours for a part they didn't have. Nonetheless, the owner was very eager to help. He helped me get the part that I needed. I will definitely stop by again in the future!

This is a shop that does not even deserve to get a star, they steal your money, lies to your face, and if he tells you he can get it for you the next day, please people don't let him fool you it's all lies. If you ever ask for a refund just keep waiting cause you'r not going to get it back, theses people don't give anything back even if you part was not working theses people steal. i understand this is a junkyard but they need to learn how to tell the truth and how to learn not to call the people rude name, and another part he's always cursing at people, NEVER IN MY LIFE I WILL RETURN TO THIS LOCATION NEVER.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. These people are unprofessional and thieves. I bought a motor with a claimed 81k miles and warranty. I was never given a VIN or proof even though I asked and when installing it I realized the motor had internal damage. When I returned to ask for a refund (which the receipt states is offered), I was rudely told that it was my problem and that they were not responsible. I am now out of $1500. Save yourself the headache and money and go to another junkyard.
Awful people to deal with. They will get your money stating that the part you are buying is in great shape. You will never get a refund. Only store credit if anything. They have a license to steal... Non professional, triple liars...
This place is the best junk car removal company around. From the moment I called to the moment they picked up my car their staff was courteous, prompt, and made me feel so comfortable with the process. Will definitely be referring them to everyone I know
Unprofessional, they kept messing up on my orders for parts , and lied back to back about my order coming in and kept saying I have to come back the next day. Getting a full refund next time I return. DO NOT GO THERE FOR PARTS. Waste of time
Great service! !! Angelo was professional and very helpful on the phone . He found my part I needed fast and gave me a good price I will definitely do business with them again.
EDIT: many calls later and about a week after, Angelo helped us change engines and we received one that was in better conditions. had we received this engine at first they would get a better rating.
I paid $1600 for an engine that they said was on site(it wasn't, i took their word for it), and in very good conditions. once it was delivered, it was broken in more places than i can count. They would not give me a refund.
Please do yourself a favor and do not go to this place!!!
