Really just off Avenue L and St Charles. You must drive straight in then go left to go around the building to the scales. Pull up on either scale and wait to pull off via the speaker. Pull up to first window on building.
Super tight nd nasty. And they should have more room for truck drivers like really, it's hard driving in open space. So makes it worst when u don't want plastic buckets in ur wheels!!
Probably the worst place to drop off recyclables. If you like to wait in your truck for at least an hour then this is the place for you. It's unbelievable and unacceptable. There is no reason for these trucks to be on line this long, especially with 2 scales. Get it together WM.
Not the greatest. The prices and delivery ETA is not transparent. I have received the container at 4:30PM at the drop off, it was picked up before 8AM on the day of the pick-up. Yet I was still charged an “additional day.” Moreover, on top of that the ETA for arrival changed 4 times and good luck getting someone on the phone. Now I’m also getting charged additional $32 on top of $900 without explanation. Not transparent and zero communication. Do your research before deciding on your provider.
Customer Service was HORRIBLE!! I tried to explain that a pickup was missed and they would not understand. Didn't even let me speak with a supervisor when trying to get someone that wouldn't just be reading the rule book. Basically I lost the pickup that I paid for. WOW!!
We’ve been using them for business. 3 months after we canceled their terrible and expensive service (with lots and lots of trouble to do so), they keep charging insane amounts on our credit card!! Last month they tried to charge over $800 “for bins removal” (bins cost is $20 max and that’s another sad story how they were removed - they just dumped garbage on the floor, even though we were paying them for another month after that removal), now I see another charge of almost $700 on my CC. That’s insane! Don’t use them, it’s the worst company ever! They will make it extremely difficult to part your ways with them. I never leave one star reviews but this one is SO well deserved.
This place is awesome to pick up plastic 53’dry van. Plenty of room to maneuver with nice docks. And it doesn’t stink like most WM places I’ve been to easy in and out.
After Christmas I put out my container, it was full. Right next to it I had broken down boxes in a neat pile and they were not picked up. There are now so many rules about garbage pickup I'm almost paranoid every time I put out my trash.
Directions from 78.....
Take exit for route 1/9 north. Go about 1 mile and get off the delancy st exit. Turn left at the light. Go under the bridge and turn right onto stockton street. Go to the next light and turn right onto wilson. Go about 1/4 mile turn left onto avenue L. Go up till the road turns to the left and you will see little sign for wm on the gate. Go through the gate and follow the road to the right. There will be bulldozers shoveling dumped trash here be careful cause its very very tight. Go past the scalehouse and turn around and get on the scale. Push the button to talk to scale house. They will tell you where you can go to unload after that. Again be careful cause its busy and too tight to play around. Plus its not very cleaned up you dont know what your running over.

Truckers from us 1-9 take exit to Delaney street then take left and take right on to Stockton street and turn right on to Wilson Ave and turn left on to avenue L. .. Pretty easy check in and out for me but I would like to give 4 stars only because broken glass and plastic everywhere.
Every month prices change! They take the garbage from the containers and leave them anywhere instead of back in the gated area. Charge ridiculous surcharges.
