I had to post this review of ECP Auto Service, because it is the most professional, reliable, honest and reasonable pricing for repair services I have "EVER SEEN."
The owner Frank is a very polite person, who always makes time to interact with customers. But he is also a very busy man. Working with his specialized mechanics team, in order for them to operate like a well oiled machine.
He listens very carefully to each customer as they explain what mechanical problems they are having with their vehicles. Then I watched him several times in the couple of days while at his shop. Start visually investigating what the problem could be on whatever car came through the service station. Then if necessary he would perform a diagnostics test to locate the exact problem that needed to be fixed.
I then watched him and his team of mechanics with a limited but reasonable amount of time, locate the exact problem and make the necessary repairs. I was amazed, because they knew exactly what they were doing and before you knew it the car had been repaired and on its way out of the shop. Every customer was happy and extremely satisfied with the professional work and reasonable price the paid.
All his mechanics are every friendly as the video I have presented here will show as my car is on the lift being repaired.
You will find "No" better car repair shop than ECP Auto Service. This i guarantee.
I’ve had multiple excellent experiences here! The team are always professional, friendly, and transparent from the start. They take the time to explain what was wrong with my car in simple terms and give me a fair estimates before doing any work. What really stood out was their honesty — they didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend!
They charged me over a thousand to fix my water pump and they gave me a new problem cause when I went in the shop my car didn’t have a noise coming from it, once I picked my car up and left the shop it was making a weird noise, went back and they couldn’t figure out where’s it coming from, So the problem wasn’t solved and now I drive by my house and my kids know when I’m coming home cause of the noise coming from my car, I recommend not to go to this place , they suck.
Being coming here for years and I couldn't have picked a better place to handle my cars. Frank the owner has been a true gentlemen at his work. Honest and helpful.
Our car battery light went on when driving through the area on a long road trip. ECP took us in right away and did some testing and got us on our way in a few minutes. Highly recommend.
Frank and his team are awesome. You might have to wait a little bit to be seen and be on top of it, but in the end it works out He fixes every Make and Model vehicle. Specializes in European cars
This place is the worst!! I took my Jeep here like 20 times the first time he didn’t see my car till 1 month. Then he kept “fixing it” not knowing the problem was I kept taking it back till one time he stood with my car for a whole month. Charged me $800 and guess what the same day my car left me and he refused to give me my money back and told me if I wanted my car fix again I will need to pay how I’m I going to pay for a fix again when it didn’t get fixed the day before? DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!
ECP shop is amazing. A lifelong friend recommended them. Extremely informative. I just purchased a used auto. I needed help after dealing with a shady shop.

I highly recommend this spot to EVERYONE who needs their vehicle repaired. My parents only come here to fix their vehicles and they always do an excellent job. They work with integrity and believe in delivering excellence. My AC condenser was punctured and they replaced it at an affordable price (original parts). The service manager Frank is phenomenal with his job, he is very knowledgable and you can tell he is passionate about what he does. I had initially gone to Nissan for the repair and they lied to me about a lot of things that my car did not need and they tried to charge me an arm and a leg for the job. I’m so happy my parents referred me here , my AC works better than before! I will ONLY go here for any auto repairs/maintenance.
If I could give this business ZERO stars, I would. DO NOT take your car here unless you are looking for additional damages to your vehicle. Not only did they not repair my vehicle, but caused additional damages making my car undriveable. I gave the shop owner a chance to rectify their mistakes, to no avail. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. BEWARE. Will be making additional complaints with BBB. Someone has to stop this inexperienced shop from robbing other people.
I read the reviews and start my used car inspection here. Since then I have everything done here. Frank is professional and genuine. The price is very reasonable. That explains why it is always busy;))
Best Mechanic In New Jersey . Ive Been Coming Here Since A Kid With My First Car . Frank is the most honest mechanic you will ever find you will never get ripped off at this establishment whether you bring a normal cheap car or an expensive luxury car I've referred all my friends and family and they have all had nothing but positive experiences . He has all the high end scan tools to perform all kinds of diagnostic work too gold mine of a mechanic period.
Professional, Friendly, Reliable, trustworthy, I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. It's so hard to find a good mechanic you can trust with fair prices. I highly recommend this place.
I've been coming here for years. I do NOT trust going to any other mechanic besides Frank and his employees. They are the best, make sure they give you everything straight up and fix it the first time. It is always busy but that's a good thing.
This is my go to shop for repairs going forward. I value service and honestly and this shop meets the mark. I have a german car so I'm careful about where I get service. I went here expecting to pay an arm and a left for repairs, but was pleasantly surprised that everything was resolved for alot less than expected. I went from wanting to sell my car for fear of repair cost, to planning road trips. Ive already sent friends over and they like the service as well.
Awesome. They do good work and are fairly priced. They take the time to test your car and make sure it works before handing it back to you. They usually have the car done by the end of day even if they are really busy.
Frank takes the time to explain everything they did and tested to make sure it works.
Great work done but most importantly fair and honest pricing unlike most other auto repair shops in the neighborhood that rip people off. I've recommended countless people and they have all had great experiences.
I've been going to this shop for car repair now for three years and I love the repair service. My car is usually back to normal after they get done performing on it. Since they moved to Raymond Blvd from Somme street the service has be poor, partly because now they have more cars and nowhere to park them. Instead of waiting a day or two for my car now I'm waiting more than a week. And when I call to find out if my car is ready it gones to voice mail. I Ieave my phone number but no return call. It's hard finding a good mechanic. I hope they get there act together and get things running back to normal again.
