My mom’s car was towed to Dentys. The staff was nice efficient and helpful to us. They went above and beyond for us. Most people that have to go there , have fallen into a hard place. But know they are good people and helpful is a plus.
My experience was EXCELLENT........ Walked with all my paperwork in my hands, the Spanish guy at the front desk was very helpful and respectful, the outside worker who took me to my truck was so helpful and very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. They made my very stressful situation very easy. Thanks Guys

This is a very dirty place. Everything looked like it hadn't been washed thoroughly in decades. Vending machines don't work. Nowhere to really park if you are being escorted to pick up your car. If you drive your car into this place, be worried about possible damage. The lot all the cars sit in is an old patch of undeveloped hilly dirt. If my sister hadnt been in dire need of getting her car out, I would have turned right around at the entrance. But somehow my poor Prius made it in...
But even with the grime and exorbitant costs, the people there are actually nice. They can be stern too because they probably have to be. But they gave me and my sis a break and helped me out when anxiety hit about parking my little Prius in a junkyard lot.
I was particularly fond of the gentleman at the front with that melodic accent. He made my day and made us feel at ease despite the crap situation.
So yes, I am giving a tow truck company of all things a rating.
Just please get a cleaning service in once a month. Or something
Oh, if you don't like cats, beware - there are a lot of cats roaming around. One occupied the 1 of 3 seats in the waiting area.
My female friend drives truck. Her truck shut down in 100° weather last week her company called these people to tow her. Upon arrival at her truck the following morning she realized personal items were MISSING . She posted a review but it’s not showing up for some reason so here it is again:

I reported this to my company but they said the value of the item wasn’t enough to go after them.
That’s fine.
The truth is someone stole an insignificant item and they probably did it because they could get away with it. So if you have anything in your truck that you’d say to yourself “who would take this?” Someone would. And my truck was towed by someone at this company then dropped this morning at a dealer I went in to check my truck shortly after it was dropped and noticed my stuff was gone.

Based on the reviews these people don’t care what they do , I have some choice words but will refrain from using them. I would strongly urge companies and people to reconsider when dialing their number for a tow
Very professional courteous and they will get you in and out as long as you have all the paperwork for your release and money for your towing and storage
