I took my husband’s car out last night when I wasn’t supposed to… and ended up with two flat tires. Spencer was amazing—he showed up within 10 minutes in his tow truck and handled everything. Total lifesaver!

Incredible service Not only did they do an excellent job with the physical repairs of my vehicle. They went above and beyond with helping me deal with the at fault insurance company and giving me the best way to navigate with a post accident insurance claim.

They kept in constant contact, answered all my questions, helped me manage the insurance company, extended hours for my convenience, and gave me back my car in showroom condition. Livingston Collision did an amazing job on my 1983 280ZX Turbo 5 speed (in mint condition). It was an old school repair that required extensive expertise.. I purchased the car about 40 years ago and have garaged and babied it since acquisition. When it was one year old in 1984, a lawn chair in my garage fell on the hood. It was a traumatic experience. I brought my car to Livingston Collision and Gene (the principal of Livingston Collision who since has passed away) replaced the hood and did a wonderful job. I recently had some work done to the car at another shop and somehow the hood got out of alignment. I decided to go back to Livingston Collision to have them see if it was possible to readjust the hood. I met with JR (who is Gene’s son) and explained that back in 1984 his dad had replaced the car hood. JR was wonderful to work with and he spent the time to explain the problem and the solution to the repair. When I went back to the shop a few hours later, the car was outside and the hood was sitting in the closed position perfectly aligned. I believe that the repair took talent as this was done by hand with several fine adjustments to get it just right. More of an art than a science that only an experienced auto body technician could do. JR was wonderful to work with. I have used Livingston Collision a few years ago to replace a bumper on my Volvo from a minor accident. They did a great job then and a wonderful job now.

I have been a happy customer of Livingston Collision for many years. Their work is superb. I just had my wife’s car in. JR could not have been nicer. This was always the case with his parents Jean and Valerie as well. Besides performing superior work, any customer can be assured they are dealing with people of great honesty and integrity. Unfortunately this does not always occur in the auto body business. I highly recommend this business. You will not be disappointed.

Last December I was in an unfortunate auto accident in my new Audi A4. It was a car I had saved up for and always wanted, and was devastated/shaken up by the accident. I thought the car might have been totaled, and it probably nearly was. Thankfully I got great service from Livingston collision. Right off the bat they were very calm, direct, and positive to work with. Looking at, and driving my A4 now, you would have never known it was in an accident. The woman at the front desk is very nice, and the gentleman (Rich I believe) who does the work on the cars is extremely detailed about exactly what he is doing. I could have probably saved a lot of time by going somewhere else, but I wanted the job done right. Livingston Collision did not disappoint. I do admit I was a bit frustrated with how long it took, but realistically based on the timing of my accident, about a week or two before the holidays, and the severity fo the damage - some parts needed to be custom ordered through Audi, etc... It was done in a very reasonable amount of time, and within the window that my insurance company allowed for a rental. It all ended up being a fantastic experience in the end. Thank you for everything you did to make sure my car was fixed up correctly.

I was on the road and of course got a nail stuck in my tire, pulled up nearest car service and gave me Livingston collision. I asked if they fixed flats and said they can put air in it, Clint the attendant at facility started to look at tire and actually said he could fix ok it. He was fast and he didn't even charge me to fix it. Highly recommend this auto body shop

I recently had some very bad luck with an old Jeep Grand Cherokee. I called Livingston Collision for a tow, and a diagnostic check. From the start, they were professional, honest and VERY fair. They were extremely helpful and I cannot say enough how I would recommend them for towing, body work, and mechanical repairs. Completely trustworthy and friendly to deal with.

I was stuck with a flat tire. I called several towing services in or near the area. They were either too expensive, outside of my service area or weren't able to do the service. I called Livingston Collison on the off chance that they could help me. Valerie, the dispatcher, was receptive, cooperative and understanding. She located a serviceman in a matter of minutes & coordinated arrival times. The serviceman, Clint, arrived earlier than estimated. He had a very easygoing & friendly disposition. He was very responsive to my questions. I am extremely pleased with the service I received & would highly recommend them. Thank you!

Livingston Collision is unbelievable. Best customer service I have ever dealt with. Not only did they do amazing body work, but Valerie at the desk is so helpful, informative, and kind. They treat you like family. My Terrain was repaired with such care, and detailed to perfection when I picked it up. They even fixed my hanging back wiper without me asking! I highly recommend Livingston Collision because of it's reasonable price, friendly staffs and the quality of the repair. Most importantly, the staffs are honest --- before I got my car fixed by Livingston Collision, I also tried to get a quote from another 4.x star body shop in Chatham. The Chatham folk wouldn't even give me an estimate if I don't show them the check I got from the insurance company. That's because they wanted to maximize the profit. Nothing like that happened in Livingston Collision. Livingston Collision gave me an estimate according to the damage and got my car fix without any issue at all.

Came here via a recommendation from the owner of Jakes Auto Care whose opinion I value highly. Was not disappointed. Valerie and the crew did a phenomenal job on my SRT 8 Challenger that had the misfortune of a garage shelf collapsing on the hood. Paint perfect, rally stripes perfect, the car looks like nothing ever happened! To top it all off.......they are extremely nice folks and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this body shop.

When I first came here my car was a mess. It had just been through a very damaging collision where the passenger side top right hand corner had been completely torn off. I was immediately able to get an excellent assessment and advice on how to proceed. There was also an underlying concern for other drivers on the road that I hadn't thought of. Then I contacted my insurance and began the repair process. My insurance threw up some hurdles, but after those were cleared Livingston Collision began their work. They worked quickly and diligently, and provided updates when I called to ask. There was an issue with a part that needed to be shipped to them, and they handled that well as well. Finally, when all was said and done, they did a magnificent job repairing the car. Afterwards their customer service did not drop an iota as they paid for titanium tire caps out of their own pocket because my insurance wouldn't cover them. They were also happy to conduct any further repairs if anything else seemed to be out of place. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at Livingston Collision. They did a wonderful job and the car looks as good as, if not better, than before. While I definitely don't want to be a repeat customer, there is no place I'd rather take my damaged car to than Livingston Collision.

I have had 2 excellent experiences with Livingston Collision. I used them for both body work and a full detail. The body work was SPECTACULAR, I don't care about price when it comes to top notch work and top notch work is what I got from Livingston Collision. As for pricing, I actually thought it was very fair. The detail was great as well and removed all swirl marks from my black car. I HIGHLY recommend this place for your auto body work. Not only is everyone there SUPER nice, they really do take pride in their work.
