Someone left a note on my car trying to buy it. The behavior is very disturbing. You shouldn’t be touching people’s vehicles or leaving handwritten notes on them because you want to purchase somebody’s car. I’m a female living in New York City and I gotta worry about some weirdo searching out for my car. Annoyed !!! Who knows what else you could’ve stuck on my car and you had the time to take a black bald pen and write it on a sticky note and put it on my window. Don’t do it again. It’s very very weird.
I am writing this review because I bought a used 2012 Volkswagen Jetta from a man who works here. He goes by the name of James smith, he posts on Facebook marketplace. Was selling the car for 4,500 and by the looks of the pictures I wanted to go see the car. Went to go see the car and everything seemed perfectly fine. Drove fine, we negotiated price because of rust on the paint that wasn’t visible in pictures and sold it to me for 4,300 with somewhat over 94,000 miles on it. As soon as I picked it up to drive it home I had to pull over in the highway because the car was smoking and not driving right. Turns out the front breaks that he told me had AT LEAST 6 months left ,had a warped rotor on the right side that caused the caliper to seize. Also the left front breaks needed to be replaced immediately as well as the break fluid being black. So now I’m stuck fixing this car as soon as I buy it because this mechanic was lazy and just put new hub caps to hide the fact the breaks needed to be redone. When I contacted James smith via his cellphone number because he told me to contact him if anything were wrong, he ended up telling me I bought the car as is and then stopped answering me! I have no choice but to put a bad review on his place of work because now I’m paying for it out of pocket. It would’ve been nicer to be honest about the breaks therefore I could’ve just lowered the price and got them done with the knowledge of them needing to be done. As of now nothing else is wrong with this car but beware these mechanics do lie to you!!
Corey is the worst person to purchase a vehicle from. DO NOT buy from him or his affiliates. He sold my 70 year old mother a car that was described to us by a mechanic as a "DEATH TRAP" because the entire framing underneath was completely rotted. Corey never disclosed this information and when I tried to reach out and share my disappointment via Facebook, he blocked me. You should be ashamed of yourself. You are a coward and a terrible person. **DO NOT BUY CARS FROM COREY OR THIS BUSINESS** He sells them on Facebook Marketplace so beware.
I bought 2016 Prius with 81k miles on the car I paid 14k cash for the car as we were negotiating the price he said I will put 9000 sale price so you save money on taxes. Now I drive the car about little over 1000 miles in a week and exactly after 7 days engine was blown. He gave me so called verbal warranty I called him back. Because the bill of sale was made for 9000 he said I don’t have money I can give you another which is not even worth 8000 .
Now at the end of the day I paid 14000 for car that is not even worth 8000 .
Be aware Be aware don’t take his offer of lowering the bill of sale price and saving money on taxes. It’s not worth it
I have bought two used cars from them and enjoyed doing business here both times .Pricing on the cars is fair, the buying process is easy because of the knowledegable staff. I would recommend them because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles.
