Napa is not your normal parts counter these guys are very knowledgable and will help you get the parts you need

Workers seem to know what they are doing. The only con is that the address is wrong online. Maybe updating that would give that store more business.

Order online or walk in and ask them, they'll get you what you need. Usually among the best prices and I've found that the Napa branded parts are consistently better than the store brands at other chain parts stores.

If they don't have it they'll get it fast!

This place knows that hours on Google do not match their actual hours and yet, the owners/managers have not changed the business hours on-line.

I ordered spark plug wires for a 2000 Mercury Mountaineer on Monday not in stock to pick up on Tuesday after 4:00 pm went in at 4:15 pm no one could find them said John didn't even order them

Napa I don't know about all Napa's but I do know about the one in Bridgeton New Jersey it's too long you have to wait bad service that's not a place to go

Would be five stars, but they occasionally send wrong parts, but will correct them. Courteous staff. Excellent ability to obtain parts from warehouses quickly when not in stock.

If you need it they probably have it. The staff are very knowledgeable of vehicles and parts. Although you may have to wait do to the business of the place.

Best parts store they can save the day

Their parts are a better quality than most your chain parts stores but you pay a higher price too. Remember , a lot of times you get what you pay for. My only problem with the chain is the number of times they have had to "order" my parts. I own a 2010 f150.... There are millioms of these on the road, you would think they would have parts in stock.

Sometimes crowded but always willing to help figure out what part you need and they either have it in stock or get it to the store quickly.

NAPA is a great place with outstanding customer service they have great parts and personable service. They always have a big variety of whatever we need and if they don't have it they get it very quickly.

These guys are very good at getting you the right part the first time. They have also found me hard to get parts for older vehicles or farm equipment!

Very helpful and friendly people there.

This place got stuck in 50s. Even the people in counter.
