Check engine light was coming on and the car was shaking. Called Snl they said to bring it in. It was my fuel injections. They fixed the one that was broke and gave me an estimate on the others. Very fair and reasonable.

They definitely know there stuff...Very knowledgeable and friendly...Id definitely recommend him....Excellent service..He is very very honest and will give it his all to fix problem comes highly recommended

I had a noise coming from my tire that I just wanted to verify wasn't something dangerous. I stopped buy spur of the moment and was seen right away for a quick listen. He was able to remove the rock from its hiding place and fixed it in 10 second. I am very happy. Thank you so much! I will definetly seek you out next time I need something!

After reading these wonderful reviews, I ask myself....HOW is this possible.? Then I understood many factors after going over to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and reading reviews that are 100% similar to my horrific experience at this shop. On October 17,2025 my vehicle was towed over to this shop due to a knocking noise. My warranty company Silverrock paid them 2 days after, with the diagnostic of needed a new timing chain. Great so I waited nearly 3 weeks. Yayyy I got a phone call from Mike(The only person I ever had communication with, not once did I hear owners voice) he told me my Mercedes was ready. Great I picked it up and drove about 30mins and immediately heard the same knocking noise. I returned to the shop to find it closed for the day. Returned the next morning to be told by Mike to leave the car for another diagnostic since its Saturday and no Mechanic had shown up yet(12pm). Fine. Called Silverock and they opened another claim this time diagnostic said it needed a new engine. Okay....Silverrock paid them Nov. 10th, 2025 Sebatian(Owner) promised work to be done by Thanksgiving...NOPE ...Then was promised by 12/10/2025...NOPE....Then promised by 12/18/2025....NOPE ....I called and was told by Mike "Sorry we running behind but let hope you get it before Christmas"....Are you serious...how unprofessional. Fast foward Silverrock vendors department got involved and today is 12/28/2025 and I just picked my car up. Did they do the job YES and for that I Thank them. Would I take my vehicle back to them???? Absolutely not!!...Maybe if id be paying out of my pocket maybe but even then I doubt it. I know someone will reply to this review in their defense but guess what, Only someone who saves lives as a nurse has the honesty and transparency to say the truth. Mike thank you for at least talking to me when I would call. I just wanted my car out of there soon. It was a short stay that turned into 2 months. I wish noone goes through what I went thru. FYI BBB is aware, and unlike Google they do ask for proof and documentation. I've submitted and was accepted.

I had just gotten my new license plates after moving to New Jersey, and never had a front license plate before now. They were able to fit me in on a busy day to mount them, and even ordered the parts needed on the same day. Thank you!

No I am unhappy because my car smells like marijuana. The part not working is not your fault.

I got my car back yesterday and it smelled like cigarettes and weed. I have leather seats. I get migraines from smoke smell also I drive my kids in that car and they all noticed the smell when they got in. This is very unprofessional to get my car back in the state.

The owner of the shop is my older brother, I watched him fix cars when he didnt have much of anything. This is probably a really great shop to get you car fixed, he was always really good at attention to detail.

I had them replace my starter, which failed after 4 months. Kind of ruined any trust I had in them. Thinking maybe they installed a used one. Never going back.

I was referred to this shop by a friend of a friend and I am very happy for the referral. I saved thousands of dollars! I took my 2018 BMW for work the dealership wanted a lot of money for to repair. S & L quoted me a fraction of the cost and got the work completed in the timeframe I was told. There was clear communication and updates when necessary. I’m back on the road with no issues. I highly recommend S&L for quality work and reasonable prices.

I have air conditioning!! I stopped at S&L on Friday and Mike said drop it off Tuesday and they'll do their best to get to it. They opened at 10:00 and my car was fixed in under 2 hours. PEP BOY's cannot compete!!! See S&L first! You will not be disappointed....👍👏

I contacted SNL Auto Repair about multiple issues that popped up with my truck. This including a sporadic fuel leak, and was able to drop it off the same day. The repair was completed within 24 hours from drop off with excellent communication throughout. The quality of work was excellent, and the entire process was smooth and professional. The owner, also being a master tech is truly experienced. I highly recommend this shop for honest, fast, and reliable service and will continue to support them.

I brought my car to S&L to replace the DME coils and spark plugs. I was quoted for the job, picked up the car — and the check engine light was still on. When I called, they told me it “wasn’t their problem.” Not to mention they had my car for over a MONTH. I took the car to another mechanic, only to find out the plugs and coils were never replaced at all. I called S&L back asking for a refund and was met with rudeness, cursing and was told I wasn’t get my money back. This place is completely unprofessional and dishonest. Save your time, money, and car — go somewhere else. Go to a real mechanic.

Sebastian and his crew are the best: honest, kind, professional, competitively priced. I first sent my 2002 Maxima to him - to take a look and see whether he agreed with another shop's advice to "throw this car in the junkyard.not fit to be on the road". Of course, S&l did not agree - they got my car back on the road within a week,. It's been a year..with no major issues apart from regular oil change. Dude was nice on the phone that Wednesday when I inquired about a tire replacement. Said I could just come in on Saturday. Went on Saturday, shop was closed, sign said back at 11, it was 11:20. Maybe there was an emergency that day, but a waste of mine & my partner’s time. We went elsewhere. Response: I never said which Saturday I came on.

I recently had my Alfa Romeo serviced here after another shop wasn’t able to finish the job of a brake service. I’m glad I was referred to S&L as they were professional, honest, and reliable. I had my car back less than 24 hours of it being there.

Sebastian is a very knowledgeable mechanic. He has worked on my 2014 Honda Accord Sport multiple times. Everything from a newer engine to transmission. Recently changed my spark plugs and fuel injectors. I have also had my catalytic converter done here. S & L works in a timely manner for reasonable prices and keeps you informed about your vehicle’s conditions and needs. I would give 10 stars if I could 💯. I dropped my sports car off May 31st. It’s July 15th. That’s over a month and a half I’ve heard nothing but multiple excuses and as today the response was ‘I’m almost caught up and should be starting on it soon’. The worse part about it is their bad attitude about my consistent line of questioning as if I WANT to be calling them for my car. I just want my car. (Picture for reference that this not a uncared for car. Update: it’s now August 1st. Still haven’t received my car. Every week we argue and they say it’ll be done that week. If I could add more bad reviews I would. No clue how these people stay in business. Complained to them this week and the guy got all aggressive like he wanted to fight me. The warranty company paid these guys so they really don’t care. Carvana really needs to remove them as an authorized facility.

I recently visited for the first time and had an easy experience. The team was friendly and professional, accommodating my last-minute tire issue with efficiency. They definitely made a stressful situation much more tolerable being that I use my car day-to-day for work. I can't thank them enough for their service (especially with it being last minute) and absolutely recommend them to anyone needing reliable auto repairs.

I recently visited S&L Auto Repair to have a diagnostic ran on my vehicle that I purchased 2 months ago. From the moment that I walked into the shop I was greeted by a young man (not sure of his name), he listened to my concerns and made sure that my issues were addressed. Sebastian, was the mechanic who thoroughly diagnosed the problems with the vehicle and was empathetic to what I was experiencing with the dealership that sold me the car. I brought my infinity G35 here and had an amazing experience. My car has had multiple problems. They did a full engine swap changed everything I needed and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this place for anybody in the area that needs car work.
