I had an amazing experience here buying headlights for my car. After buying the correct product then accidentally switching out my high beams and returning to the store very confused as to why it wasn’t fitting, the workers there were all very helpful and actually helped me to install and fix my own mistakes with my headlights and reinstall my high beams!

I had went to buy 2 front brake pads for my car and an employee there Miranda gave me back brake pads I told her those are the back ones and not the front she was saying no I know what It is these are front and I told her like 10 times there the wrong ones she was persistent on selling me the wrong ones I went home seen that the brake pad for the front was way bigger and went back and talked to the manager and the manager told her those are the wrong ones you gave him she still gave me attitude after, and no apology for wasting my time or anything horrible customer service

Ethan was a HUGE help. Not only did he help change my battery with a new one, but he helped me find the correct tail lights and installed them in 40 degree weather with a smile on his face. He was quick, efficient, and educated me on how to handle these things if it ever happens in the future. I was very impressed with the help I received today and will be returning for any future car needs. THANK YOU !!

Attention all females!!!!!! As a female it’s sometimes difficult getting things that you need for your car that obviously men know much more about then females. Sometimes we’re basically going in blind.in need of assistance. I went in blind, trying to find this part for my dad’s 98 Nissan Ultima I didn’t know the name of the part and Steve was the best!! He was very helpful and he didn’t make me feel dumb. He did the research and had the part that I needed and was so nice and so patient. For someone to say to him about working another full-time job and this being his 2nd job and pretty close to closing. I was having a hard time with the keyboard trying to sign up for the rewards program he offered me.. I was just simply amazed at his patience and kindness. Hopefully this will help all females feel comfortable shopping for their car needs. 5 stars For a job well done, Steve!! Thank you

I was at the store this week to get wipers for my wife’s vehicle. Floyd sought me out as I entered the store and asked what he could help me with. After helping me to purchase the proper wipers he then installed them for me out of the goodness of his heart. He saved me time and aggravation. The other staff were also very cordial. Great people.

Shane or Shawn (forgot the name but younger kid) was amazing - knew all the answers and was extremely patient with me. It was very refreshing seeing a young man like himself work as hard as he did. This kid deserves everything that life has to offer. Thank you!

Service with an attitude. They will also make up rules that don’t exist. The worst part is they have multiple people who don’t know anything about cars and I’ve seen them lie to customers and sell them things they don’t need instead of doing the right thing and recommending them see a shop.

Went here to get replacements for my windshield wipers, and the store associate was super helpful. Showed me which wipers fit my specific vehicle and even provided his own recommendation based on his own experience. On top of that installed the wipers on my car for me immediately after purchasing, free of charge. Very quick too - done in just a couple minutes!

I came to this location because another gave me an incorrect part. Maquanda And her manager Steve were so helpful. Their customer service was awesome. If you’re looking for an autozone that’ll have all your parts and great customer service, This is the place to go! Ask for Maquanda she was so patient and kind, very informative. Steve is always nearby being vigilant assisting his team and other customers. 10/10 experience!!

Need new windshield wipers and no waiting? Go to Autozone and Colleen and Dale will quickly find the correct ones for your car and quickly install them for free! They had several price points for the wipers. My friend got a new battery there last year which they installed for free as well. I was literally there for a total of 5 minutes. Very professional as well as friendly!

I stopped by AutoZone last week because my car battery was giving me trouble, and I had no idea what I was doing. Luckily, Cooper was there to save the day! He greeted me as soon as I walked in and immediately offered to help diagnose the issue. Not only did he test my battery for free, but he also explained my options in a way that actually made sense. Super patient, knowledgeable, and friendly—Cooper went above and beyond. If you ever need help, ask for him! Highly recommend this AutoZone location!

Called up ordered part,said they had it,false! Had to do whole process over and drive 20 miles away to different store,nit wits, simple alternator

My online experience has been pretty bad. Trying to get a price for a battery, but search engine just keeps popping up useless questions.

Great customer service. Sales associate Colleen mccaffery is an excellent sales and service rep. She assisted me with parts and also offered to help replace my filters for me right outside the store. Exceptional service and satisfaction! Highly recommend

Came into the store on Friday to purchase 4 rotors and 4 brake pads. My mechanic called me today( only day he was able to work on my car) to let me know I only had two rotors. Called the store in Magnolia and Steve advised us to come into the store and he would help us take care of it. Got to the store and we asked to speak to Steve and as soon as he saw my girlfriend and I, he huffed. He then proceeded to say he could not help us and got the inventory manager. Which the inventory manager says to us first thing without even looking at the receipt, that their inventory was correct. He acted as if he did not want to help and they were giving us attitude. Also, the inventory manager proceeds to say, I was supposed to leave 15 minutes ago from my shift. Finally after 5 minutes of back and forth Steve looks at the receipt and tells us that the other two rotors were supposed to be picked up at another location. We explained to them that was not told to us from the cashier otherwise we would have gone down the street to pick them up. I honestly feel like we were racially profiled. Will never come back to this store again, horrible customer service.

I had to purchase a new set of wiper blades because one of them broke off while driving. I was a bit confused on how to replace them, but it was raining and I really needed it in order to drive safely. Without being prompted, an employee named Floyd came out in the rain and replaced them for me. I wanted to make sure to leave a favorable review that mentioned him by name to highlight the wonderful service of this location.

I already lost the receipt so I forgot the guy's name who helped me but he'll remember. I was looking for a couple tools for a break job and he showed me that $18-19 impact screwdriver. Thanks man , all the stuff I have and never knew that existed. Saved my tail a bunch of aggravation and it worked great. Ha also found that 19mm that was in the wrong spot and saved me some cash

Fine no complaints, they didn't have the item I needed but research was done on which store did have it in stock which was appreciated. I did leave feeling a little uneasy but didn't make a big deal about it. One of the gentleman made a comment to My little one about how his granddaughter looks like Her and that He use to do Her hair the same. My little one is 3 with braids and beads in Her hair. He was a white gentleman. Could very well have a biracial grandchild, I just wasn't sure if He was being genuine or mocking us. The tone was off so I'm not sure.

Today I called Auto zone in Magnolia NJ. I spoke to a women named Heather. She looked for a part took my credit card over the phone. I had to call back to add something else and did it all over again. I can believe how pleasant and polite she was! I haven’t experienced such kindness over the phone probably the last 10 years! Thank to her, she’s an amazing employee!

Took very good care of me. They made sure they found the part I was looking for and made it very easy.

It's always great going in there. The associates are kind, quick, and helpful. I needed a headlamp. I walked in, made the purchase, the associate replaced the burned out one, and l was on my way in 20 minutes! You can't beat that!

I came in the Magnolia Auto Zone to purchase a headlight bulb. Sarah/Sara (not sure of the correct spelling) was just phenomenal! She was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, confident, and considerate. She asked me if I needed help, putting the bulb in. I thought it would a job I could do. I was wrong. I wound up asking Sarah/Sara for her help and she came out and did her thing AND on top of it noticed that my hi-beam bulbs were burnt out and replaced them also! She saved me another trip and probably a rejection sticker from the Motor Vehicle Inspection Center. I tried to give her money, but she denied it. Sarah/Sara went above and beyond to help me out of the goodness of her heart. How many people do you know that offer above and beyond help nowadays. Not too many. THANK YOU SARAH/SARA, TREMENDOUSLY!!!!!! YOU ROCK GIRL!!!!!!

Hands down one of the best experiences in an automotive store by far! Heather is amazing! Went out of her way to make sure I had every single item/part on my long list of items/parts. She was full of positivity and charisma during the time I was there, made sure to keep the jokes flowing and everyone smiling and happy...even though system was running slow and backing up the customers a little bit. When I was all done there, I went to pick up a part at another store and they didn't have it in stock like computer said so I called Heather and she made sure to find the part at a store on my route home so I wasn't inconvenienced in any other way possible. Staff was very helpful!! I came in to get new headlights but Alex D. Came out to see if he can put it in and just adjusted a knob and fixed my preexisting light. He was very nice and helpful. He also educated us about why the headlights would turn off like it did. Thank you Alex D!
