Do yourself a favor, JUST GO TO DEPENDABLE A REAL TOW COMPANY! My sister's car was rear ended, totaled ! Towed by these people by default. Not even 24hrs later, we go to retrieve legal documents from the vehicle, met with the worse Disrespectful Customer Service I have ever encountered! My approach was very respectful, kind and empathetic the owner seemed irritated, was very Condescending and Outright Rude and Disrespectful! The owner had cars previously abandoned by insurance took it out on us! Very unprofessional and somewhat Scary!!!! Stay Away from this Place!!!!!!
Most terrible towing company. Never work call them ever. They want to charge me $300 to take my car 4 blocks over from my house. They are rude and I waited 5 hours on them. I could of pushed my car 4 blocks away before they showed up.
400.00 for just being towed out of the mud they are complete rip-off artist never go through them and that's only for one vehicle don't trust them don't ever deal with them
This review because they lied to me about the insurance not paying for my vehicle and ask me to pay out of my pocket.
The owner is dishonest / very studied and he just say by law you have to pay for the service and you can’t access the vehicle. But you can and you can call the cops on him
Not recommended to be used at all
Fast, courteous and reasonably priced. Needed my car towed to mechanic for repairs. Called their office, friendly, professional gentleman responded. Gave me an estimate and dispatched tow truck immediately. Within 20 minutes my car was on the tow truck, payment was processed on the spot and my car arrived safely to my mechanic. Very pleased with their service.
Hands down the worst towing company around central NJ. The old man with glasses needs to retire. He’s so rude and condescending. They left some of my items in the rain!!!
If you ever need a tow, this is the place to call! Honest, professional and always available. You dont stay in business for 90 years without doing quality work...
They will not only damage your car because of carelessness, but they will also laugh at you when you mention it. Oh, AND they stole my debit card out of my car while destroying the back of my girlfriends vehicle. 0/10 would never recommend. Real villains.
I’m honestly surprised they even have 2 stars. On the phone they already had an attitude. I genuinely don’t think that they have the slightest bit of humanity. I would ask the questions in the calmest of tones. They are a prime example of towing companies and how they can be just terrible for absolutely no reason.
Through unfortunate circumstances of my own responsibility, my car was towed here under request of Franklin Twp PD.
Man on phone was reasonable, calm, and straightforward about what steps would come next, however after explaining my hopeless situation, he showed me virtues of compassion, empathy, and respect.
Can't speak for others experiences, and I haven't set foot in the door yet, however I feel a bit more joyful after this experience, these guys made my day so far.
Literally the most unprofessional towing company. Guy in the front is so stubborn and does not know how to accommodate customers questions. I released my car and as soon as I signed the paperwork, I was putting my things away and reading over all the paperwork while inside. He said I couldn’t wait Inside and yelled “OUT OUT OUT NOW”.
How could a towing company possibly get more than one star? There job is literally to ruin your day. “You parked legally in your own apartment building parking, but forgot your tag to hang in the rear view mirror (which is another ticket if you get pulled over for obstruction of view), so let me charge you $135 on top of what you paid for parking for the year so we can hold justice in the city of New Brunswick.”

I want to sue them!! The police towed my car here after an accident and when I came to pick it up my car had the bumper on (i have picture of it) but when they drove my car out of the lot and onto the street they ran over the bumper. They parks the car over my bumper. When I ask the front desk guy to come out and take a look he was rude and raising his voice about how we dragged him out in the rain and said I’m going back in and not standing in the rain! Get a raincoat loser and do your job. You are mishandling people’s property and I can sue you. Watch your back.
If you ask to inspect your car or see what you're signing before handing over your credit card, the man at the register will threaten you. Don't bother speaking with him intelligibly.
