Quick and easy photo inspection via CARCO for Progressive insurance. The team here was very friendly and super fast! Took about 5 mins and we were done! Definitely recommend them for CARCO photo inspections and will probably be back for other auto needs.
Several months ago Sal fixed my back windshield after a storm sent a basketball hoop sailing thru my back window. He was very patient and communicated with me thru every step of the way. Fast forward to this weekend. On a much more personal and important note. Unfortunately my mother recently passed away and I live on a major road with very limited parking. So I contacted sal to see if we could use the field next to his house. Sal did one better. He removed all the vehicles from his front lot area so that it could make room for my family and friends to park. He also offered his services and said if we needed anything at all he would be more than willing to go out and get it for us. Sal is an unbelievably kind man, he didn't have to do all that, but he did. I truly appreciate your kindness. It meant the world to us. Thank you so much for being another reason we love our town.

I have had a lot of work done at the shop (I have four cars and four drivers, two of them young drivers) over the past many years and EVERY time the work has been perfect and at a good price. There was a time when I got estimates from other shops but now I don't even bother. A lot of the "big-name" auto body shops are ripoffs. Delran Auto Body has always given me an honest estimate and terrific results. Don't go anywhere else! (And I hope it's a while before I have to again -- LOL) And BTW, new owner Sal is a very nice guy.
Left my car there for almost 2 weeks just for an estimate. Called up there today one of the technicians told me first hand that he didn’t want to work on my car, there was no effort in advancing the process of my car getting estimated, they don’t care about wasting your time. The older gentleman, who is very professional is going through health complications, so he’s not available. He’s a great guy, I hope he recovers the best way he can. a technician is substituting his role and he’s out of touch with reality and isn’t informed. He also gave me an attitude and told me to pick my car up, his attitude won’t be same on arrival of me getting my car. Don’t waste your time or money, that technician is unprofessional at his position
After having my driver side mirror hit, I was referred to this body shop for repair. The repair took a bit longer than expected due to the availability of the part. Overall, I was satisfied with the finished product. I primarily communicated with John and Tom, customer service was exceptional!
Went into shop. Owner started to cuss me out.
Then followed me out, grabbed me and then threw a handful of wreches at me. As i got in my car to leave he put his face in my window and said if i said another word that i would not make it out of the property alive.
Every word of this review is true. I went directly to the police and reported the assault.
Please do not go anywhere near this mentally unstable thug.
This place is terrible!!!!! To be fair I can't comment on the quality of their work because I didnt recieve any of it. Basically after 2min of talking the old man said right to my face "I can't help you". I had money in hand ready give to him for performing a service and he insultingly and for unknown reasons said no. I've never found a business that is so rude to customers. Avoid avoid avoid!!!! Went to get estimate as the courts required two after i was backed into...im in retail and never knew people could be so downright nasty when youre there to spend your hard earned money at their place. The first guy nick at maaco, go see him...this guy is just out of touch with reality...
I have had several repairs done here over the years. I just had them do a repair and repaint on a light damage to my rear bumper plus another small spot on the same bumper. Instead of doing just the two spots they repainted the whole bumper for the same price. And what a beautiful job! I have found John pleasant to deal with.
