96 percent of the times I visit this store, they always have what I'm looking for. Plus, all the employees are super kind and friendly!

I know that when I need a new rear wiper blade, I call Chris, the Commercial Account Manager at Advance Auto Parts. His attention to detail and dedication to his customers make him an absolute gem in the world of auto parts and service. Chris not only helped me find the exact rear wiper blade I needed—he went above and beyond by installing it for me when I admitted I wasn’t sure how to do it myself. The staff Guided me and a friend to a reasonable solution that was definitely the least expensive way to solve our problem.

Two die hard 950 CCA batteries purchased Both batteries were dead. The day I purchased them had to charge them overnight. Got our machine to fire up and the very next day the batteries were dead again. One battery test, completely bad the other battery they say is good They will not let you return batteries with receipt. They will only give you the same dead batteries back. No store credit Just over $300 for two dead batteries. Great job Advanced Autoparts.

Started out with a phone call concerning a rim for my car. The staff was very helpful and served me with a smile. First impressions means alot to me and I would go back again for the experience. It's something much needed. I appreciate their patience too. Thank you.

I ordered a few items online, and the pick-up was ready by the time I got there moment's later. Then, when I arrived, I needed a few more things. Olivia was courteous and able to help me fulfill my request. Great stuff here at great prices with fast and friendly staff. THANKS!

Friendly staff who are very helpful and I was able to rent a $70 tool and bring back when finished for no charge at all.

I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Alyssa today & she was wonderful! We needed a "hard to find" battery, I had already been to 2 other competitors who could not locate it yet low & behold Alyssa not only found it in their system, she also offered to have it delivered to the Delran location within a few hours. She called me when it arrived & from beginning to end she was kind, courteous, caring, quick & efficient. Stopped in just to buy something for work ended up getting brand new wiper blades that I desperately needed. Alyssa was so helpful and attentive and made the process of finding, selecting, and installing the new wiper blades as easy as possible. She went above and beyond. By far some of the best customer service I have had in years!

Drove to 2 different advance auto stores and nobody knows how to test an alternator. I had to show them how lol. For next week's class I'll be teaching common sense

The cashier was trying to be helpful. She had suggestions on my issues. She displayed the part I was pricing so I knew what I was looking to replace. She was patient with my questions. Only down side no name tag so I can give her the props.

I was buy 8 spark plugs and wire for my Truck after I put on my truck check engine light on 1 spark plugs and wire defect I took off return back to store with receipt they replaced spark plug not wire she said need to bring 8 wire back store otherwise she can't replace thing is I put all wires installed with spark plugs I said as you see is brand new but defect how am I gonna take off all wires whose gonna pay my time ... your company sell defect product not stand back what they selling anyway very disappointed and not recommend this store....

I needed new wiper blades for my car. The salesman was very courteous and helped explain how to install them when he saw that I was unsure about the replacement parts I was purchasing.

John the manager really went out of his way to help me out and the young woman in the store was helpful too. It’s Sunday, I’m in my 70’s and found my battery dead. I used another car and got a new one but the cable wouldn’t tighten on the battery pole . John persevered, replaced a faulty part and made it perfect. Now I have a reliable car. Not a lot of people would have bothered.

My windshield wiper broke when I was driving on the highway in the pouring rain. So I stopped at advance auto parts so I could drive safely. I am a young female who has no knowledge of car parts. Sales representative John R. looked up the sizing of the wiper blade for my drivers side. When I asked him if I should get two he said “you can do whatever you want.” Clearly, I can’t do whatever I want as I have no idea what I’m doing and am not receiving any help. I said okay and I walked away back to the aisle distraught. Then, he told me they were two different sizes. Okay… so I waited a minute and went back and asked the passenger side size. When I finally checked out I asked if they could install the wipers for me. The man looked outside at it pouring raining and said “yeah sure.” I understand it’s raining but advanced auto parts always advertises wiper replacement service. As he was replacing them he threw the boxes and the old blades on the ground. Overall 0/10 experience. This could have been a dangerous situation.

Was just in the location. Asked for BLUE DEF and was told it was in aisle 6. It wasn’t there so I asked if they had any in the back. I was told, “we don’t have any”. As I was walking out I saw 20 cases stacked by the door. I can’t say the guy who checked me out was super ice and he gets 5 stars.

Cashier was super friendly. Last minute stocking stuffer shopping with my daughter. The cashier pulled down a remote control car to occupy her for me. Average rating because minimal selection here.

Great selection and decent prices. The counter staff can be a bit hit or miss sometimes. However, I have not left this location without the part or info I needed.

This store has extremely poor customer service, they are very inattentive and unwilling to make an effort to help. I am in this store every other week and today they told me they have no record of my history with them despite showing me my account during my last visit. Despite the convenient location I would not recommend this store to anyone solely because they have always had poor customer service.

Battery shims, brake fluid, borrowed tools, fixed and gone in 20 minutes. Staff was polite friendly and knowledgeable. Even offered the staff bathroom to wash up (I was in a button down coming from work) Can't thank them enough.

We have a commercial account with these guys, they have great customer service and always go out of their way to make sure I am happy Sean, Keith, Bev and Serg are always helpful and their drivers are the best! Keep up the great work guys!
