Corey Smith is hands down the most helpful people at your Delran location. I know nothing about cars and he is always so eager to help with whatever needs to be fixed. He even came outside to put my new lightbulb in since I did not know how. Talk about service with a smile.

Corey is amazing! He helped me figure out why my check engine light was on and worked to fix it right away for me! Very nice hospitality and professionalism! I highly recommend auto zone in delran especially when the manager Corey is there! :)

Clarence was absolutely phenomenal! He took the time to clean my battery off and explain to me why my battery reading was inaccurate. He also explained how to maintain it in the future. Many times when you go to car places as a woman, they mansplain and can be dismissive but not Clarence! Will 100% come to this location again.

Auto stores are not my thing. I’ve rarely had a good experience. This Auto Zone is a totally different story. I was trying to locate something non-car related: a Harley Davidson decal for a friend in Ireland who is a HD enthusiast. Olivia went out of her way and totally above & beyond to help me locate one because this store was low on stock. I was greeted by her with a smile on her face and we parted smiling when I left. She found the decals I was looking for at another store and arranged for me to pick them up. I commend this store’s manager Alyssa on running a great store with obviously happy staff. It’s a rarity these days.

Customer Service employee MIKE was very polite and helpful assisting me with purchasing windshield wiper blades. After my purchase he offered to put them on for me. I was very pleased with his customer service. Thanks MIKE!!

Went in for wipers and as a person with disabilities in a wheelchair service was great,including them offering to install them for free. Left a happy customer!

I brought my non-car guy bf to grab a hose and some clamps. They found the part and the hose clamps within minutes. He was very grateful. Wound up getting an air filter as well. Nice staff. Clean store 10/10

Jeff was super helpful and patient with helping me grab and install a new battery in my car. Even went out of his way to check that the battery would actually fit in my car (Mini Cooper). Scott assisted him, and they were both just super helpful and sweet. 10/10 recommend trying to get one of them to assist you when you visit.

100 percent. Wonderful associate Jeff who helped me out he showed me how to replace tube that regulate the washer fluid to clean your wind shield . They were squirting straight up in the air lol Great fast service . Happy camper

Don't ever try to call they put you on hold and never pick the phone up, I called from outside and watched the dude out me on hold and got on his phone. I then went aside and tried to get service and the guy behind the counter was quiet possibly the rudest person I ever met in my life. I ended up going to advanced which is around the corner and spent more on the part I needed just because I didn't want to give this AutoZone any business.

Stopped by and had my car battery checked by a young man named Jeffrey. He was very fast, courteous, and so respectful. I am posting this message to make sure that Management reviews this sincere compliment for this employee. More people should be like this man and I would recommend this store to everyone!

Super helpful place. My battery had died, and after jumping it I went to get it checked out here. They offered to charge the battery or replace it if I wanted. I opted to replace it and they installed it quickly and well. Everyone was super nice and I will definitely come back in the future.

I needed a headlight, and called around to auto parts stores to ask if they would put it in for me. No one would. Auto Zone in Delran were awesome. They replaced the light quickly for me with no extra charge. Great customer service!!

With any car experience, one would be anxious and worried when seeing the engine light. Craig and Mike were quick to assist in determining the issue while performing some possible checks that I thought might be the case. After the diagnostic, the comforted me with some local mechanic shops to checkout and cheaper materials to get. Thank goodness for my encounter with these two!

I had car trouble today unexpectedly. I needed a new battery for my car and I was time limited. I went to Auto Zone in Delran and Ricky P. provided gold standard customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and installed a new battery in my car very timely. I appreciate his attentiveness and customer service. Thank you, Ricky P.!

The store itself was fine but I won’t be back to that location after the way a female employee spoke to a customer. There was a language barrier that he wasn’t quite understanding what she said and she just got very angry! Hollering at him and about him and walked away. I was embarrassed for him and the other employee.

I came into the store needing a new battery for my car. Derek helped me pick one out and he installed it for me right then and there. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Derek deserves more than a 5 star rating. He made a repeat customer out of me for sure.

An associate by the name of Omar helped me today. Very professional and accommodating from the moment I walked through the door. I came in with an issue, and he helped me every step of the way. Thank you Omar and thank you AutoZone! Highly recommend this location. A+ customer service.

This was a great visit for me!!!!!! I was introduced to a young man named Alex L. This young man went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. When I left I had a huge smile on my face. I think they call it customer service , something that is hard to find. Job well done.
