Should have emailed or.called me that they will be closed on Monday. Wasted my time and money on Uber for $100! Such arrogant company and service! DO NOT TRUST THEM!
This place is a sheet show. They lie to you about a car you purchased. The office is clueless it takes customers 2-7 days just to get their car they purchased. Go elsewhere
The management of this place is a bad stain on Manheim's reputation. I drove 2 hrs to preview inventory and was turned away b/c they only allow preview on Tues. This is absurd!! They were plain rude. Stay far away.
Disgusting management. Worst Manheim. They sell car actual miles, title came EXEMPT mileage. They didn’t announce and respond anything. Manheim biggest worst auction. Disgusting company
This is the worst Manheim I’ve ever dealt with. Be prepared for a major disappointment. Call a day in advance if you want to get your car, because I had to wait two days, and the staff’s inability to solve anything is unbelievable. They don’t even know the schedules of their own departments and are very rude. Avoid this Manheim.
The AGM Dwayne is absolutely pathetic we purchased a car yesterday Greenlight title is there did not say title attached did not say title will be here tomorrow. It clearly stated from the auctioneer title is here after winning the bid on the auction and sending a transporter there. There is no title Dwayne clearly said to me the policy is Wednesday sales titles come in on Thursdays, which is the same thing as title attached. Evidently a buyer has no rights with Manheim New Jersey. This will escalate to corporate and to the attorneys definitely not a great place to deal with.
Just being honest - vehicles that are sold here are 100% used by staff. Marijuana odor seems to be the norm . They claim to follow strict guidelines but that couldn’t be further from the truth. First and last time I’ll be doing business here.
I will Go there Again!!! i was Amazed with how the process works. Grateful for the chance to get a Good vehicle and NO MONTHLY PAYMENTS.... I LOVE IT HERE!!! If you get an opportunity Run with it!!!!
As a dealer I pick up cars from here all the time. Always a hit or miss. Occasionally they overlook issues with a car on post sale inspection. Customer service is friendly and definitely try to help if you have concerns. Could definitely add more in depth information about cars on condition report like fault codes which they did do previously but stopped
Just spoke to Jason on the phone about my car and he was so kind. Of course he couldn’t give me what I wanted which is my car back because he doesn’t have that power but I still wanted to write a review because people that kind deserve recognition even when they can’t fix all our problems. He could have been short and rude with me but he was nothing like that! Genuinely made my day just speaking with someone with such a kind voice and no irritation in their voice! Thank you Jason.
There is a dark-skinned girl at the gate who clearly has discriminatory tendencies, simply because I speak English poorly, she refused to tell me anything... I have never seen such an approach at your auctions before...
Everyone I have personally dealt with has been great.But on at least three occasions I have had to sit in the lot for 2 hours waiting for the car to be moved.this after I had called before I left the dealer to get the car.I don’t claim to know logistics but when lot vision shows my car is a couple hundred feet away and I can’t get it, frustration sets in. I even called Manheim on one occasion and was told that I would have to have an appointment to pick up the car.Really!I am an agent for the buyer so in theory it is my car.Wow
Don’t wast your money and time High price vehicles and hype auction fees, and it doesn’t matter how Much money you spend down there when there’s an issue especially with arbitration they don’t care I had an issue. They didn’t wanna do anything about it not even a small help so I stopped going there so think about it before you go over there all the people there of course they are workers they don’t care about if the place loses customer especially someone like me that I spend well over million dollars every and the other thing is also been dealing with Manheim auctions all over 28 years. I had my cousin with me always wondering about what the auction looks like. They showed me the hell at the door. They wouldn’t let him in because he’s not on my account, but in the other hand, you walk inside there is tons of retail customers families, father, daughter, sister of them they raise the price on the dealers because they are retail customers And they say no, it’s very restricted we don’t let retail customers bullshit
This place has the poorest management compared to every other auction. Car hauler rarely find parking to load vehicles, half the lot is inaccessible to carriers, forcing us to call to have vehicles moved which doesn’t happen for weeks sometimes. Even simple things like printers are unreliable. Something needs to change about this place. It’s a nightmare for everyone who steps foot on the property.
We needed to sell a vehicle in the area because transporting back to Alabama would be a huge hassle. They helped us to get registered in 1 phone call and reserved a number for us for when it get on lot to be checked in. Whole process only took about 20 minutes. 2 Thumbs up.
This place don’t have a regular hours for pick up. They should have outside on the yard we’re we can see time for pick up. Also they should have on the website the pick up hours. Only can see the office hours. I was inside the lot and they closed. The good thing it’s I found a security guard and he let me go out with the car. Please put a sign with the pick up hours.
