My battery went out in the parking lot at 4:55pm . Went in to see if any one can he me if not then I needed to buy a battery charger.As I entered the store Amanda greeted me and I explained my situation . She assured me not to worry, then she went to get a battery charger and came outside to boost my car. The charge didn't work cause I have the main battery in the trunk. Amanda went all out of her way to open my trunk through the back seat to find out all I needed was a battery post shim and then gave me a boost. After she helped me I found out by another employee that she only worked to 5pm AutoZone is very lucky to have this caring ,accommodating employee. who went all out and beyond to help a customer even though she could have gone home at 5 pm, For me she was an angel sent from above.

I came here to recycle used oil, which should have been a simple and routine process. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The employee who approached me was a middle-aged male staff member. He was on the phone the entire time. While I waited patiently, instead of acknowledging me or politely explaining the situation, he rudely dismissed me and told me to leave, as if I was inconveniencing him. I understand that staff can be busy, but basic courtesy and professionalism should still be expected. A simple “please wait a moment” or “we can’t process this right now” would have been completely acceptable. Instead, I was treated with disrespect. I hope management will address this and improve customer service training. Customers should not be treated this way for coming in to handle normal business.

I don't like sharing adverse reviews, but my wife was treated very badly at this store. It was her first time there, and the store associate purposefully skipped over her and said, "You're the one who always has a problem in here." When she tried to clarify that it was her first time in the store, the associate said, "I don't know about that." A manager immediately apologized to my wife and applied a discount, but no one directly addressed the associate and conveyed how unacceptable this behavior was. My wife is extremely upset about this experience. She was targeted for behavior that had nothing to do with her. Giving my wife a discount was an appropriate gesture, but without direct accountability, will other customers be treated the same way?

Came in to have my 2020 sonata checked out with problems starting - easily diagnosed by Liam as a bad battery, Steve was friendly and helpful as well finding the part. Jake installed new battery very fast! Thank you all! I dont have to jump my car every start with a little one in 35° weather!!!

I stopped by today for the first time. I have an engine light on and a check gas cap message on my dashboard. I came in for the free diagnostic check and a very friendly employee helped me- if I remember correctly his name was Manny. He came outside and did the diagnostic check and said there was a minor vapor leak from my gas cap (my gas cap has a rubber ring inside that was cracked). He came back out with a printout of the diagnostic report, with options of gas caps for my car that they had in stock. I came inside and bought the replacement gas cap at a very reasonable price. The diagnostic check and printout were free. I am very happy with the level of customer support that you just dont see nowadays. I will definitely be coming back when I need to and will tell my friends about the great service. As of now, my engine light has not gone out but I am hopeful as I drive a bit more it will. I cannot recommend this Autozone enough. They were amazing.

I have never written a bad review, this time I had to because I changed the 2nd battery but the car still wouldn't start, then I had to call an ecuator but I wanted to keep the new battery and change it to the old one, but the mechanic refused to service me and return the money, he even yelled at me, what kind of idleness does the seller have towards the buyer, I just wanted to return the new ones because the car didn't work and then he ignored me and the fact that I came from another country offended him, there is democracy in America then why did he yell at me and ignore me, this is racism, I have the receipt in my hands, he didn't want to change it at all but I wanted to return it

I’ve never written a review before, but I just had to. Jacob C and Don are great. We broke down right before the store closed. They didn’t have the part in stock, but a local Autozone that was open later had it. After they closed, Jacob C drove us 20 minutes away to the other Autzone to get the part. Jacob went above and beyond to help. He stayed over an hour after closing to help us!! Don’t know what we would have done without him!

On a road trip from NY-SC. Broke down, made it to this autozone which was about to close in 10 minutes. Jacob C, and Don were extremely helpful, Jacob C informed us the ignition coil we were looking for was not in store. We found one, at a nearby store. On his personal time after his store had closed, he took us to the other store which was 18 mins away to pick it up and take us back. 5 stars for Jacob C.

Shot out to the crew at this store about an hour ago I ended up getting a flat and I called the store and I was like could you possibly stay open for 5 minutes I'm crossing the street to head to your store and they happily did even though the sale was no more then 40 to 50 bucks it means alot to me I've been in the retail space for over ten years I know what it's like to wanna close the doors right at closing but I'm so dang thankful these guys could hang around

My first rating was actually a typo. I can say I have only had amazing customer service experiences with auto zone. They run the computer on my vehicle whenever I ask, no wait. Their prices are fair, and they always go out of the way to find the exact part you need. This store especially. Sorry for the earlier rating.

Stopped to pickup an alternator in a pinch. This gentleman associate Don approached my daughter and I while we were browsing and found the part for me. Opened the box to check its condition for me and everything, very thorough. I left, forgetting my receipt and he managed to find me in the parking lot to ensure I got my core exchange appropriately. Professionals work here and the service is top-notch! Thank you again Don!

Ordered a brake kit online, came in and I went to install but the parts were incorrect. I went to my local autozone (bordentown) where Amanda was amazing and helped me sort out the issue. She called the help desk for support as the return was not processing, and was able to figure it out for me. I plan to re-order the parts but individually instead of a kit to ensure they are correct

I came in for a new battery. David was very helpful, came out to scan the new battery after it was in the car to see what else might be wrong. He also cleaned my air intake filter because the store didn't have a replacement filter that would fit. The staff was generally friendly as well.

Highly suggest Autozone in Bordentown! As soon as we rolled up we seen an employee outside helping someone with questions about their vehicle. Good vibe immediately…. We walked in thinking we had to buy a new battery but Jim reminded us that we still had a warranty! We had some difficulties finding it but Jim went above and beyond to figure it out! Honest people and extremely helpful! Thank you Jim and the rest of the staff there that day! Most places do not go above and beyond like you have!

Quick and easy. The staff are excellent at helping you get the right part. They will replace your windshield wipers if you need help. Just ask. They can check your car's battery and perform a diagnostic test as well if you have a warning light.

The price of transmission fluid I chose rang up the wrong price. The clerk didn't bother to check and basically said it's too bad. Doesn't this company honor the prices on the shelf? Most other retail places do. I can't recommend this AutoZone location. All the others I have been to are pretty descent. Update: AutoZone reached out very quickly and the manager fixed the issue. She was very nice about it. I am very satisfied. Thank you AutoZone and the manager of that AutoZone.

I want to thank John and Kim for going out and beyond for me when I came in and bought new wipe blades. They took amazing care of me especially when the system gave them the wrong size of my wipe blades. I appreciate them for showing true and passionate customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer here thanks to them.
