Had a great experience getting my vehicle repaired at D&G Auto Repair. Found this shop after searching online for a reputable place to handle a specific repair I thought was needed. I called and spoke to Deo and he explained what the problem could be and the work involved to get it repaired. After I dropped my vehicle off he was able to diagnose the exact issue and the solution to correct it. He kept me informed throughout the job and showed me the parts he replaced when the job was done. Deo is World Class! Worth the drive for me to get to. Any further repairs, will be bringing to D&G.

D&G Auto Repair was able to quickly determine and validate the problems with my truck. Deo planned the repair around my schedule. He repaired the truck with OEM parts which is exactly what I wanted. Therefore, I needed the work done as fast as possible, and given it is an older model, I was worried they may come up with a whole list of things to be done. Instead, they repaired just what was requested, within 24hrs, and I thought a very fair price. In the days of A.I. and self service, it was refreshing to receive such excellent customer care at D&G Auto. I was referred to D&G by a highly satisfied customer who had used the station for work on his classic car, so when my engine light popped on at only 52k, I decided to check them out. I was certainly glad that I did. After running some diagnostics and doing some investigative research, I was informed by Deo that I should consult the manufacturer for some warranty repairs . Turns out my engine needed an overhaul costing several dollars which were completely covered under my warranty. His honesty and expertise saved me thousands of dollars in repairs! So when my car needed routine maintenance (tires, brakes, oil change and air/cabin filters) I returned to D&G without hesitation. My work was completed within one day, which minimized my inconvenience and I appreciated that he took the time to provide a detailed explanation of repairs, a treatment rarely provided to a "middle-aged female" in a car shop! Additionally, the pictures he shared of my worn parts, gave me a sense of understanding and authenticity. Despite the timely, professional service, what I really liked most, was the follow-up, personalized text which I received after the work was completed to make sure that things were running smoothly with my vehicle. It gave me a sense that my safety and satisfaction were paramount and that they stood behind their work, which are uncommon qualities seen in businesses today. Overall, it was a great experience at D&G.
