I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Chris! I drive a 2011 Kia Rio, and I originally came in just looking for a battery replacement, not realizing that I could purchase the battery there and have it installed on the spot. From the moment I walked in, Chris was very welcoming and polite. He has excellent product knowledge and took the time to explain the best battery options for my car clearly. He made the whole process quick and easy, and the installation was smooth. I was back on the road in no time. Really appreciate the outstanding customer service!

I told the guy I want the cheapest brake pads 24 dolls ,,he said he had in stock I drove 6 miles,and the price was $56 dolls ,I confronted,he said I'd have to order,,ask many questions

I had a problem with my battery losing its charge. After trying numerous things the manager Ana decided that due to the age of the battery it would be best to replace it. Ana was so kind and helpful.

Called asking if they had ice to melt the snow. The lady said they did but it was a generic brand. I got over to the store and didn't see any. Nobody was working the floor so I waited in a long line only to be told they sold out yesterday. What a waste of my time!

I went to this parts shop after my bike started giving trouble. The staff checked my requirement calmly, showed a couple of options, and the pricing felt fair.

I came here to get my engine checked because the light was on and they offer free check engine light service and the employees on this location they are lazy and they lied about not having the check engine meters in their shop. They said they were tired and worked all day when literally there was no one there and the woman didn’t even sound professional and the guy came up to me like if he was related to her in someway and was being defensive when all I asked was to check my engine light politely. They need new staff immediately or else nobody will come here if they can’t even take 5 minutes of their time to check someones car or even my car.

Just came to this auto zone been coming here for years and have even helped a kid who was having a seizure here , I asked the manager for help on a part and she said she didn’t know what it was so I asked if I can speak to someone else who maybe would and she gave me an attitude and said I am the manger here. Spanish blonde lady. Then she kept giving me faces when I had other conversations.

I came in after 6 pm tonight (Friday) and they were still willing to change my battery. I am very appreciate of the staff here.

The mangers left one woman there and she has no idea what she’s doing! I’m writing this right now while waiting in line for the last 20 minutes she has been answering phone calls and talking to a delivery driver about a part he’s missing but doesn’t seem to care about the 4-5 customers who have already walked out the door. I asked for an OBD scanner and she told me to hold on while I’ve been waiting for 20 entire minutes in line !

I just visited the store in Westwood and your associate Chris helped me. He not only found the air filter I needed but installed it for me. What a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

Came in to autozone to stock up on oil, filters and some carwash stuff. John P was such an amazing help. He truly took his time to guide me with the right parts I needed and some really helpful tips. It’s hard to find people who care these days!! Great job guys!!

Stopped into this location today to grab a few items I needed. It was clear there was not enough help, however John the commercial manager still took the time to greet me and answer the questions I had. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and I appreciate him taking the time to help me even though he seemed to be running the entire store by himself.

50/50 I walked in, Not welcome, no positivity just clear formality. Two red shirt guys were working around. I wait few seconds and finally ask them about the product I was looking for. Store was quite clean, three star for cleanliness.

Makol was a superstar. From knowing what special order wiper i needed, to ordering it, calling me when it came in and installing it- Makol was the best. What an asset to the auto zone store!

There’s absolutely no way Maikol D. should be in a management position—or even employed in customer service at AutoZone or anywhere else. I walked into the store about 30 minutes before closing with two brake rotors to return (the store had given me the wrong parts). Instead of offering any help, the very first thing out of his mouth was: “Why are you here this late? 30 minutes before closing? You had all day to return.” The nerve of this guy. I explained that I wasn’t aware there were “different hours” for returns and also mentioned I was there to purchase a battery for a commercial account. His response? “I don’t need to sell to you commercial!!” I was stunned. Not only did he refuse to process my return, but he also flat-out refused to sell me a battery. The attitude, unprofessionalism, and disrespect were unbelievable. It’s as if he makes up his own rules and believes he’s above customers. There were no other employees around during this incident, but as someone who frequents this store, I know that other employees don’t enjoy working under him either. If this is how management treats customers, it reflects very poorly on AutoZone as a whole. Maikol D. should be immediately terminated. This incident occurred at approximately 8:30 p.m. on September 9, 2025. Please review the security footage for confirmation of what happened.

Yes, Maikol store manager was Amazing, went above and beyond, so accommodating, went out in rain and installed battery, also on the phone was so welcoming and accommodating, made the experience peaceful. God bless him in the name of Jesus and the rest of the Autozone Team.

Was on a 6hr road trip from several states away and stuck in a unfamiliar area with a bad battery. Lahkvinder and the staff were very helpful and got a battery installed in my vehicle quickly and got me back out on the road. Should be able to give 10 stars for their service.

I am usually skeptical of car mechanics, and I trust less than 5% of them. However, Mr Felix exceeded all expectations. He delivered outstanding services and went above and beyond what I paid for. Whether it's a mi or issue or buying parts, this shop is now my first choice because of him.

Carlos was fantastic. He helped me find what I needed and he helped me install the new light bulbs for my car headlights all within 10 minutes. Carlos is a great asset to this store.

Marco is marvelous! I went there to change my windshield wiper blazes, he looked at my car through window and got to know exactly the sizes it needs, picked up the blazes and replaced for me, it took only total 5 minutes including payment processing. I had a wonderful experience, I like this young man! Will come back to this store more often, thanks Marco!

A big thank you to Carlos, who so kindly replaced my rear brake light bulb so that I wouldn't get ticketed! I cannot express my gratitude enough - every time I need something, Carlos and the entire staff go out of their way to help. For the past year, i’ve been coming to this store regularly to pick up parts for my boyfriend who fixes cars & it’s always an unorganized mess UNTIL recently. The past 2 weeks, ive been to this location about twice and the store looks so much cleaner and customer service had definitely improved..

I want to express my gratitude to this gentleman for saving my day! I was on my way to work when the engine and coolant lights suddenly came on. I was too scared to continue driving. This gentleman inspected my car, informed me that no coolant was needed, and reassured me that my car is fine; it could be a computer glitch. I am immensely grateful for his help.

I can’t start to thank Luz for her assistance with a purchase. I went in not having a clue how to go about changing a part. She took the time to explain how to go about purchasing what i need for this project. Mind you the store was terribly busy and she was answering calls and helping another gentleman. In all the years of making purchases at AUTOZONE have I ever come across anyone as helpful not even mentioning the professionalism that she showed.
