Very transparent and fair with costs and estimates. John is great - customer-oriented and makes decisions with best intentions for the customer in mind. I brought in my Genesis GV70 for repairs which included correcting sensor issues. John was very flexible and identified additional issues which he communicated to me. He ensured everything was covered by my insurance still and repaired it as if nothing ever happened.

Fort Lee Auto Body – Teaneck, NJ My first experience here was good enough that I felt comfortable returning when I had another issue. Unfortunately, the second time around was a completely different story. My vehicle was completed on March 27th. Then, on April 10th, my vehicle was hit by a neighbor. I wasn’t too worried—I trusted Fort Lee Auto Body enough to go back to them. At approximately 1:34 pm on April 10th, I called and asked to speak with the same person who helped me before—Mike. I was told by a woman that he was out to lunch, but I could leave a message. I never received a call back. I called again the next morning, April 11th at 9:52 AM, and told the gentleman who answered that I needed to bring my car in. I asked if he could help me or if I should wait for Mike. He said to leave another message. By late morning, after still hearing nothing, I drove over there myself. The woman who appeared told me, “You need an appointment for an estimate.” My question was—how was I supposed to get an appointment if Mike wasn’t returning my calls? Then she added, “Mike no longer works here.” That’s interesting because I’m fairly confident I heard him talking in the back office. Someone else eventually assisted me, but the whole experience left a bad taste. I can’t shake the feeling that I was being lied to. If Mike truly didn’t work there anymore, why take a message for him just a couple hours before? I was really disappointed in the way this was handled. I expected better.The trust was lost. It's not the same service I received the first time.

They initially thought something else was wrong with my car. When they found a different problem, they told me right away. The actual diagnosis was less expensive that the initial one so they adjusted my bill. I appreciate their attention to detail, accurate diagnosis and honesty. They were also polite and didn't give me any scam artist vibes. Different than most of my car repair experiences.

Fort Lee Rd Auto Body is the best auto body shop you can get. Everyone at this Auto Body shop was extremely nice, friendly, polite and professional at all times. This shop communicated with me every week about the status of my car’s body repair. My car was returned to me 2 weeks ahead of the original ETA date. You will not go wrong in using this Auto Body shop for all your auto body repair needs!!

My 2023 Kia Niro was badly damaged in an accident (other driver at fault & issued a ticket & paid for repair!). FLRAB always kept me informed of the status of repairs and did an excellent job. They even fixed a few minor scratches that had nothing to do with the accident. Very grateful! FLRAB accidentally installed the new windshield wiper tank & pump incorrectly, such that all the fluid went to the rear window only, none to the front. They took full responsibility, showed great respect, gave a full apology and took care of it. Even though they made a very minor mistake in this hookup, they handled the fix so well, did everything else so well, they still get 5 stars!

My 2024 kia was rear ended and heavily damaged, and repaired here via my insurer. The car had to have its rear panels replaced, chassis welded, etc. 10/10. This business displayed a level of service, quality of work, and most of all integrity that you simply would not expect to receive from a repair shop. I would trust these guys with any car related work I ever needed in the future, and especially found Rosario and Lou in their affiliated maintenance/repair shop down the road to be amazing. Thank you for getting us back on the road and for the care you took of us!

What an amazing experience. I forgot the name of the person who helped me but very professional and a lot of knowledge. I had an accident and I needed an estimate so I can provide to the insurance company. Usually I had to pay money for estimates when I used to live in NY even the law says we do not have to pay for estimates. Here I did not pay anything and the person took the time to talk to me and explain options helping in every corner. I am a General Contractor and I give a lot of estimates to my consumers and for a moment I felt like I found myself on him.

Wow, finally an honest and reliable business. Our experience at Fort Lee Auto Body was excellent. Every staff member was gracious and friendly. We worked with John and he was reliable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Our car was in perfect condition when we left. John went above and beyond for us and he went out of his way to make us happy. We even ended up using their other location for an oil change and full service. This is the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto body shop and we will absolutely use them in the future. What a relief to not feel like you can’t trust anyone. Honest businesses exist! They do very clean work, had to take my wifes car there since she hit a deer in PA. So we had some damage on the front bumper and driver side fender. Obviously this is out of their control, but we had to wait almost 3 months to give them the car because they(along with every other auto body shop locally) was backed up due to a part shortage. We requested they use original Honda parts for her SUV and they were able to comply. John is a nice guy and very straight forward. No nonsense or hassles. He told me how long it would take, the price(although they assessed some other damage once they took the pieces apart) and when they would complete the work and he was pretty spot on. Great work! Nice people. They keep you posted and calm during what can be a stressful time. I appreciate their work and will be recommending them to others in the future. The car looks good as new. Thank me later. Other shops can be messy or ignore the smaller details. They are very thorough. Professional, reliable, to the point, on schedule service. Our CRV got damaged door on passenger side from an accident, so I picked FLA through my insurance, since it was the closest authorized shop for me. Allison from FLA contacted me and they gave scheduled time to bring in the car for estimation. On arrival, one of the FLA member wrapped up the estimation process within few minutes. Since my car was drivable, they let me take it back, cause the new doors were back ordered, that would take several weeks. It took about 4 weeks for the new doors to arrive. During this time, FLA kept in updated regarding the progress of my order. Finally when it arrived, got call to drop off my car and was given 2 weeks of estimate to complete the repair job. To my surprise, they called me exactly after 2 weeks to pick up the car. The doors were replaced and whole passenger side is fixed as good as new. They also did a car wash and vacuum. They also facilitated my request to park the car on the street so I can pick it up at later time. Overall a great experience! They have all the awards and recognition for a reason.
