I needed a roll off container delivered ASAP which I thought was going to be an impossible ask. Bianca in the office was so lovely on the phone getting me set up, then Ricardo in customer service who I have dealt with in the past is absolutely incredible. He always keeps me informed on delivery. I so appreciate the transparency. Tom Smith the manager in the office was the mastermind helping to make all of this happen in a crazy short timeline alongside Tim & Doug the dispatchers. They all made the impossible happen by getting a roll off container delivered within 6 hours of me calling. Lastly, whoever the delivery driver was listened to our instructions perfectly where to place in the driveway. I am so grateful! Great team and experience!

So my family owns a water front seafood restaurant and waste management is highly important to us & to our environment because we are surrounded by wetlands & wildlife refuge. We had a few trash companies we went through because of the poor service, to put it nicely. We saw IWS trucks around and figured we would give them a shot. When I called I got connected to Anita Delia/account rep. & from jump I knew this was the company that was gonna meet all our needs. Anita was super professional and treated me like a human being rather then an annoying person calling for trash pick up. When we needed something it was done that day. We used to have no call no shows from other companies but our driver Juan Orellano is amazing. Pick up time is consistent, clean & will go above & beyond to make sure all is collected when he arrives even if it means moving equipment himself he makes sure we are nothing but satisfied customers. I really can’t say enough about IWS when we’ve been treated so poorly in the past. So if you stumble upon this company and have waste service needs you can rest assure that they will deliver…. We’ve been working with IWS for many years, and they have always provided great service, we really can’t complain. However, if I can offer some constructive feedback, in the past I’ve had account managers who weren’t always as attentive to our account as we would have liked. Of course, this isn’t the kind of business where you need your account manager checking in every day, but it’s always nice when they reach out from time to time to see how things are going. Since Jonathan Rawson took over our account, he’s always been proactive and willing to help with anything we need. I have to give kudos to these guys for their great pick up service and customer service. I need to give a special shout out to Hennessey ... very responsive and easy to deal with ... you truly made my day. These days, dealing with most service providers has become challenging and full of anxiety and frustration. It seems that IWS has figured out that making customer transactions pleasant is good for business. That should be obvious for everyone ... but, no. Trust me, I don't give out five stars easily, but IWS deserves it.

Interstate Waste Services has designated the best account manager ever for our business. He is Jonathan Rawson. From the beginning, he introduced himself and called us to find out what we thought was the level of services we were receiving from IWS. He had looked over our history with IWS and was instrumental in completing the contract our company has with IWS. He listens to our needs and any problems we may have. When we had dumpsters that required repair and/or replacement, he immediately checked out what needed to be done and processed a request. The turn around time for such a request was ASAP, which was actually immediate! He is truly an exceptional account manager because he listens first, does some research, informs his customer of the options, and acts immediately. He also keeps us up-to-date on service schedules and is very knowledgeable using e-communications. Jonathan Rawson is exceptional and such an asset to the IWS company.
