Huge, immaculate shoprite. They have a liquor store, is like a one stop market to get everything you need. Always love to go shopping in Jersey and in PA?.

It has all the basics you need but it lacks most of the items you can find in their Rockaway location

The problem with this store is the staff. Literally today went a few hours ago today. This place is absolutely unorganized with the self checkout lines to where well me and my mom where unpacking our cart and we ask a guy where the line is and the guy was expecting use to put our groceries back in our cart and go in the back of the line. Like the dudes a store support manager. But we find a line then dude sees that while i help another customer to which that store manager is supposed to help to another resgister not the back out 5 more people. That is how you tick people off. Needs proper staff and customer training because that manager couldnt handle self checkout with customers on line that been there before us. He was expecting us to waiting behind 5 more people while we there first. How about you guys have some not grouch direct traffic and this wont happen

They have great selection and attached liquor store too

Everything is clean and well taken care of. Parking lot always accessible which is important to me and my wife. Go to food shopping centre

I ordered a cake on Christmas Eve and it came out horrible. I used to order from that place all the time when the original cake decorator used to work, but things has been changed. What’s going on? I will never shop there again.

check the dates on their milk and bread they are always selling expired products, my brother came home with Meiers bread , sell by 2 days ago....

I’m not sure why their internet connection/service in the building sucks!?!? But it sucks !! Have to run back and forth across the store just to get some service. Very difficult to do instacart orders as well.

Be aware: if you order a cake here, they might cancel or change your order at the last minute. I placed a custom cake order well in advance for my kid’s birthday party and was happy that ShopRite is open 24/7 so I could pick it up on Sunday. Unfortunately, they messed up my order twice. A few days before the party, I stopped by to adjust my pickup time but only to find out they didn’t even have my order sheet. They said they were unaware of my custom cake order at all. Thankfully I still had time, so I reordered everything. I couldn’t imagine showing up on the day of the party with no cake ready. That would have been a disaster. I felt relieved after placing the order again, but then another issue happened the day before the party. They called to say they couldn’t make the design I requested. My custom order was simply a white 10 inch round red velvet cake. Nothing unusual or complicated. They told me they couldn’t make a round cake and could only do a square one. At this point I was extremely frustrated. First they lost my original order, and then they changed the cake design on their own just one day before the event? I was completely disappointed. There was a clear lack of professionalism. Losing the order, not communicating properly, and not considering how important the cake was for a special occasion. I canceled the order and went to a different local bakery which wasn’t even more expensive and they made exactly what I wanted the SAME DAY. I would avoid ordering cakes here. This was the worst bakery experience I’ve ever had.

First time here and the setup is different from the other shoprites I've been too. I love it.

What great place , everything is fresh and a very clean area to shop the best thing was the buffet bar , yum yum ....a had a great experience shopping there and it won't be the last time

The best grocery store. I’m a happy customer for 10 yrs. Staff is excellent. This SR is for home cooks—great variety and good prices.

The ShopRite on this corner feels like it preserved a piece of those days ??️. People move not with big-city rush, but with the steady stride of a post-war New Jersey street, where everyone knows their neighbor and respects their path ?‍♂️?. Inside, the light is soft, like a lamp over the kitchen table back then ??️. The clerks greet you with the kind of genuine smile you’d see in old photographs — not a courtesy, but a part of the soul ??. The shelves are full, but the real treasure is the sense of care and order, as if each jar was placed by hand while a quiet jazz tune drifted through the room ??. It’s the kind of place where you stay a little longer, just listening to the rustle of boxes and the gentle closing of doors ?✨. If someone asked me what makes this spot special, I’d say: it reminds you of a time when life was simpler, and kindness spoke louder ❤️?️.

I have 2 others close by also but this Shoprite is my favorite place. After the remodel, the store is bright, the aisle arrangements makes it easier to find what you're looking for and everyone who works there are friendly. I prefer going to registers with cashiers because they close out the shopping experience with a smile - sounds corny but it's true. I even have my favorite cashiers. Their hours make avoiding crowds easier too. Overall, shopping here is a positive experience.

My family and I always come to this branch, which is very close to my home, and we're always happy with it. We happened upon a tasting event for a food company called Smarter over the weekend and had a wonderful experience. We received a wonderful free sample of the fruit crepes. We bought them, unwrapped them, and devoured them immediately. I think you should sell this product nationwide. Congratulations, ShopRite! Thanks to you, I've discovered a wonderful, healthy snack for our family.

This ShopRite is AWESOME! Jaw-dropping! Of course, they have the baked goods displayed as you walk in, and this sweet tooth was amazed! I've been to lots of ShopRites upstate NY, Westchester, and NYC, but this one tops them all. The selection is dazzling, from baked goods to fresh produce to meats to pharmacy to dairy and everything in between (bed sheets, roasting pans, cereal, coffee, etc.), and the prices are very affordable, as I've come to expect from ShopRite (except for the coffee--coffee prices have gone crazy everywhere). I walked from the deli area to the milk at the other end of the store--just unbelievable. I couldn't help but think this store is a showplace of "The American Dream," it's a 3-dimensional demonstration of everything we have to be grateful for in the USA. This is a model store for all the others!

I give the order pick up 5 stars. I give the store 1. The layout of the store is difficult. The last time I was there I wanted mozzarella cheese. Half the selection was on one end the store and the other half of the selection on the extreme opposite. I usually go very early and there’s always stockers and boxes in the aisles. I’m glad it’s24 hrs. The last time I was there the shift manager was acting hyper as I was checking out and broke a phone after announcing something. He then looked at me and said “ this is getting old”. Or something like that. It was rowdy. My biggest gripe is that an employee always says something derogatory or unsettling to me when I shop and not pick up. It’s frightening but I can’t always pick up items. I have the same problem at Paramus. It must be the Shop Rite mafia .

The bakery was perfect for a wonderful cake for our event! Fresh, decorated just like we wanted and was pictured on the online order form; just perfect! (Names crossed out for privacy.) The small window in the back was a bit hidden, but someone came over right away to help us out. Easy breezy!

Now this is a funny story I just have to share....... Last night around 7:45pm I stopped to get some donuts for my husband. There were only 6 glazed donuts (that had some melted colored sprinkles on them) and 4 twisted donuts. As I was putting a few in a plastic bag (no paper bags or boxes available) I noticed they were half stale. I went to self checkout & for 7 half stale donuts the total came to $8.33. Are you kidding me? I went to customer service & asked kindly if I can get them for half price since they are half stale. You would think that a company like ShopRite would say sure I'll sell it to you for $4 because they will end up in the garbage anyway. The lady called the manager on the phone and he said no. Really? I guess this manager has not been in sales that long. I have been in sales for over 25 years. I would rather get $4 than absolutely nothing. I could of went to ShopRite closer to where I live Fair Lawn & when I want to take a short ride I stop at the Wyckoff one. I won't be coming back here.

Good Place. Open 24hrs and the people are good people no matter what time your there. Haven't seen any harassment by law enforcement when going for a 2am grocery shopping night. I got no complaints. The layout is also very nice

The bakery is AMAZING! Kathy did such an amazing job with my cupcake order, I'm honestly so impressed with them. Nelly and John were also super helpful and nice. They truly made my birthday something special

The Rochelle Park ShopRite is not your average store. It’s huge and has a very weird layout but the hot food section is exceptional and the store is 24 hours which is very convenient. The store is clean and has a good selection like most ShopRites especially in the frozen food department. Although it seems like the produce section is pretty small for such a big store. The checkout lanes are also really narrow. It’s not my favorite ShopRites but it’s very convenient.

Love this ShopRite!!! The prepared food section is amazing - what a wonderful selection - the deli counter is great, the guy working the seafood counter was pleasant - he said they get fresh seafood everyday so the selection changes. The cashier was nice and then the guy who was gathering the carts helped me unload my groceries!! And they are 24 hours!!! Just a note you need to get there before 7pm for the hot bar otherwise it will be closed.

Open 24 hours! Large selection, including gluten free options. Pros: Decent prices and friendly workers. Cons: Late night long checkouts

Probably the best ShopRite in the area. The new expansion is really nice so far. The prepared food is good at a reasonable price I love the bakery too, scones, biscuits, all really good.

This Shoprite by far supersedes the rest of the Shoprites in the area. They have everything and beyond and bonus points that are the best thing to anyones ears and eyes they are open 24/7- 365 days of the year. I don't know any other grocery store like that. I have to say this deserves 5 stars and more.
