I purchased my first Acura from Park Ave living all the way in Tennessee! I started my search online and found a CPO MDX that had everything I wanted and I fell in love with. My father in law made initial contact with the dealership, and our salesman Herbie. After learning that Acura offers a 100,000 mile warranty on their CPO vehicles, I was ready to sign papers. Everything up to the legal paperwork was done online. They overnighted the legal paperwork and sent me an envelope to overnight as well. As soon as they received the check from my bank, on his day off, Herbie let me know we were able to come get the vehicle. That process took a little longer because the original company we had lined up was a scam. So I booked my husband a flight and he was there a week later to pick it up! Everything from start to finish with Park Ave Acura was seamless! I would recommend them 100%!

I recently just got the new Acura ADX at this lovely location. I went in looking for something specific , in a reasonable price range that matched my budget. I was immediately greeted when my father and I arrived. We wanted someone Spanish speaking so my father can understand better ( he was there to negotiate and make sure I got the best deal). We were introduced to Dan who was super kind and understanding of my needs when getting a new car. He searched up many options for me until we started discussing the ADX. I never felt pressured or like I was being put into a car for just a sale. Dan worked great with us and when everything fit what I needed, including budget, which is the hardest part now a days. I said yes to the car! The overall process was smooth and I didn't need to be in the dealership for hours!. Me and my Honda parted ways as I left the lot very happy/pleased with my new car. I highly recommend this location and if you get the chance to have Dan, you wont regret it. I am sure everyone else there is lovely as well.
