After seeing how this company drove on route 208 yesterday I would NEVER even consider giving them my business. The driver was tailgating a car next to me then jerked his wheel putting his truck inches from the front of my car. Drove like a complete derelict! Being that they do not have a website posted, nor an email contact I am posting this.

Extremely dishonest. After our vehicle broke down and was towed by the police there, they held our vehicle hostage for over two months, constantly giving excuses and trying to charge double what they quoted. Keep away and if you're vehicle ends up there, get a lawyer.

The worse company ever the owner was extremely rude. Spent a whole hr and told us to call the cops , less then 24hrs of it being impounded we went to pick it up and they are charging $700. How is this place still running.

I would give him negative rating if there was an option. This place is a rip off with the nastiest attitude. My friend’s car was stolen and recovered by NJ Police and was sent to this location. After paying them $950 to pick up the car he said to pay another $100 to bring the car out of the garage and didnt allow the tow truck driver to get it from inside the shop. This guy is a rip off, liar, cheater, rude and straight up nasty. I will also report him to BBB and all other authorities. I don't understand how places like this manage to stay in business with such nasty attitude and poor public dealing. Avoid this place at all cost.

I've watched Jeff grow up with that business.This business is not easy. With his experience it makes it look effortless. I respect him and the business he and his father built. I would recommend Rochelle Park to any of my family and friends.

I was in an accident on Friday the 13 and my truck was towed to Rochelle Park Auto Body. My truck is there being repaired as I write this review. I feel compelled to write this before my truck is finished because the way I have been treated by Chris at Rochelle Park Auto Body has been a blessing! Chris is very knowledgeable, respectful of my wishes and he listens to my needs. I couldn't ask for a more understanding and caring person to take charge of my truck repairs. Also I'm being guided by my Uncle who is a Master Auto Body Mechanic for the last 59 years but lives in another state and is unable to repair my truck. My Uncle's guidance is matching Chris's expert details when it comes to my repairs. Thankful for Rochelle Park Auto Body! Can't wait to see the end results ?

These people probably have some kinda contract with state police cause it’s evident that police are always the ones who call whenever anyone needs a tow from the highway. Very unprofessional customer service. Storage fees through the roof. No one should ever use their service and obviously no investigation on how corrupt they are alongside NJ state police cause obviously the police is on their side.

Worst experience ever my car was towed 22 hours ago and they want 398 for me to get my car out of storage. The people here are rude and only care about making money from people. Never come here they ripp you off.

0 star!!! My car needed to be towed on Saturday around 5PM. The driver brought my car to their garage even though I asked him to drop off it to my house. What he said that "I am done for a day" and "you can pick up the car on Monday 9 am". If he was done for a day why he towed my car??? It was only 2 min drive from highway to his garage. I felt trapped.. actually police called him!! not me!! On Monday, no one answered my phone. I really had hard time to pick up my car again. They charged me $450, 2 mins towing. Worst businesses I have ever went. Do Not Go!!

This company is completely exploiting inhuman and no values for customers. Was treated like a dog ,kept my car unattended and finally exploited me charging high service fee that was not rendered. Never fall into their trap.

They were absolutely freaking nice. They did an amazing job on my car. I was towed by them which was the best tow experience I have ever had and they also did work on my car which was as if nothing happened to it. Great job ?????

Have used Steve and the team at Rochelle Park Auto Body several times, they are responsive, and courteous, and work on our cars and vans has always been very good. I completely recommend Rochelle Park Auto Body.

I have been going to Rochelle Park Autobody for the past 18years their work , timing & will is second to none. Over the years I've sent my family , friends , acquaintances & workers never did they let me down , the owner Steve is knowledgeable & passionate, keep in mind that is am the pickiest and a demanding individual that has to have everything to perfection. I am the Fleet Supervisor at Eveready Express, we have several vans and trucks. I cant imagine operating my fleet without Rochelle Park Auto Body !!!! In my Business a van down from an accident is a great deal of money lost and Steve and his crew keeps those loses at a min with their prompt and quality turn arounds !!! Thanks Steve for your years of quality work !!! We dont even worry about the insurance issues they handle everything for us. Keep up the good work !!!! If you are looking for a honest body shop that provides quality service this for sure is your best option !!!

I have got mine and my families vehicles fixed here many times. Service is great, work is excellent. Fair pricing. What else can i ask for? They recently fixed my moms Lexus. Paint matched perfectly and it was impossible to even see the car was in an accident

I was stopped by a state trooper because I was driving the limit speed on the Route 80. He stated that I was going too slow when I was going at the legal limit. He asked me to take my stuff out of the car when I asked him if I could have a family pick up my car. He refused and sent my car to this “tow” agency where I had to pay $300 cash to get my car back. I was not given any receipt of my payment or confirmation. This place is clearly working with the state police to get money out of people. Be careful!!!!

My wife was in a MVA. I needed to get the car towed as it was un drivable. The police officer contacted multiple towing companies for me. Every tower told me Cash only. Also, they wouldn’t tow my vehicle back to my hometown; which was only 10 miles away. We tried Rochelle auto body. They were the only company That said they would accept credit cards, and tow to my hometown. Scott from Rochelle Park auto body responded within 10 minutes. I really don’t have my own auto body guy. Scott told me his family’s auto body has been in business since 1965. He gave me the option to try them out or bring it back home. I was so grateful he came out short notice, I decided to give them a shot. Thank you again Scott. Let me just say Steve(Scott’s brother), who runs the auto body was very professional. He took the time to explain while showing me exactly what needed to be done. He also gave me an estimate and a time frame in which the work would be completed. Both the final balance and time frame were exactly what he said. How often does that happen? Right! Just got the car back today. What a beautiful job! He once again went over in detail the work, while we examined it. The work was impeccable. He even shined it up. He kept cost down so my insurance buy back was able to cover cost of the repairs. Again, I really appreciate the professionalism of Rochelle Park auto body’s Scott and Steve. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys for Towing and Body work ANTYTIME. Sincerely, Paolo T

Got into a car accident last night. That time I was shocked and couldn’t think well, but now I see that this body shop works with Police Ofice in Rochelle Park. My car was driving but the officer told me it’s not and I need to leave my car with my kids. Just drove us to dinner and told us to relax and have some coffee while someone will come to pick us up. But we found that my car was drivable. Some ppl likes to make money from the dust witch is sad. They don’t care about you this is all about money:(

I would make a 0 star is possible! Worst place ever! I got an impound towing from the Police (FOR THEIR FAULT OF NOT BEING ABLE TO GET THE INFORMATION OF MY CAR). This place charge me $400 for 10 hours, overnight though. The state regulation for impound towing was 100 + 1.45/mile + 45/day. So 2 to 3 times over regular price. I tried to explain the price. They just turned rude and demand you to pay the tow, IN CASH ONLY! They won't even provide a ride to the nearest bank, 1 mile away! They must have some relationship with the cops, to share the benefit of towing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, AND STAY AWAY FROM NJ STATE POLICE!!!!!

My family relies on these guys for all our auto needs, and I have to say, after rt 4 jeep screwing up my alignment 4 times, I brought it to Steve, we put it on the rack together, and proved jeeps rack is off to a severe fault. Jeep said my vehicle was fixed. If I drove over a Patched pothole I would jump all over the road. Steve was determined to help me out, to the point of letting g me watch the process step by step. After jeep promising they fixed the issue, a day later I watched him fix my alignment with a starting printout saying my wheels were more than 3% out of alignment. I now feel confident driving to work again. These guys should be commended on the attention to detail they give their customers. I've had bodywork done there for one corner of a car where, low and behold, other minor scuffs and dings were taken care of beyond what I paid for. All in all TOP NOTCH!

Got into a car accident and they did a wounderful job on the car. It was fast and a smooth process. They cleaned the car really good and buffed out scratches I had before. Steve and his staff are nice people and they helped me a lot. Thanks for the hard work. Would recommend to anyone.

Because zero is not an issue, I leave one star. I have been meaning to write a review for a long time. A few years ago my commercial truck was involved in an accident and was towed here. They stalled releasing the truck when I insisted that it was removed from this shop. They are absolute criminals. Stella, who was at the desk, is the biggest shyster I have ever met. Somehow, they told me that the claims adjuster came and totaled the truck. That's funny because 15 minutes prior I spoke with the adjuster and he told me the opposite. I had the truck that was supposedly destroyed and had it towed to another shop which was excellent. The "totaled" truck was fixed and runs just fine to this day. My biggest mistake to this day was not bringing this to the prosecutor so that they all get thrown in jail.

I was in an accident and needed to have my car towed and repaired. The service was above board. Steve and his entire staff were very nice and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They fixed the damage to my car from the accident and it looks perfect. When I went to retrieve my car the office staff had all my papers in order and it was a smooth transaction. When I got home I noticed they had buffed out all the little scratches you get from normal wear and tear. My car looks brand new again! Thanks Steve, you guys really are the best!

My daughters car wad involved in an accident on a Friday night. The state troopers told us to go to the shop and ask to get her wallet out of the car.We had to wait for the worker to get off the phone and when we asked him if the car was here he was evasive and discourteous. Another driver pulled in and we asked him and told him about the rudeness. He said the man has 3 kids at home and he's here late on a Friday night. My daughter was asking him questions about the process he was very short witb her...this is her first car...she spent her money for it...he made her cry. NEVER should anyone use this place for service!!

The worst place ever. These people are scam artist and yet they continue running their business. I don't understand how that's even possible. They throw on all these charges that you aren't even aware of. I am from out of state and just happened to be stranded near there at about 8pm and so we were towed to that auto body shop. We were charged 210 just to be towed 1mile, if that. At no point did the gentlemen say we would be charged an overnight fee. He did say however that the car would be looked at in the morning. Car was never looked at. Then they insisted that we pay cash because their credit card machine isn't working!! All lies! I don't recommend this place to anyone!

Uneducated, rowdy, inpatient, front counter person. She only wants to overcharge you and forbids you to question her, or she'll say "go call the police" (which they obviously pay well for being on their list of contacts). Horrible service and will charge above state & town maximum towing service. Be sure to check and take them to small claims court if that happens. Beware at allllll costs!
