NJ Water & Mold really came through when a pipe-burst in our home on NYE. First of all, courteous human beings actually pick up the phone when I called. I was floored when Dennis stopped by on New Years Day to survey the damage and reassure us that our family will be taken care of. The very next day the remediation was complete preventing any potential mold. They supplied us with an emergency heater while we awaited repairs. NJ water and mold was fantastic on the day of our flood. They were polite and prompt in their response and they did an excellent job cleaning and drying our home as well as all of our belongings. I highly recommend them.

We had water damage in our basement. I had no idea what to do. I called another remediation and honestly they were not super helpful. I decided to call NJ Water & mold, spoke to Norma, and they had someone at my house within 2 hours. I had such a mess in the basement, but NJ Water & mold came and they were so nice. They didn’t even flinch, this was like a normal day for them. Next day, Dennis the owner called me, he was away on vacation, and called me to reassure me that they would take care of everything. He acknowledged how traumatizing it is to have water damage in our basement. He explained the insurance process better than anyone, and he assured me everything would be handled. His people came over the next day and honestly I didn’t even have to lift a finger, if I did it was because my husband wanted me to pack his items a certain way lol. They reorganized my garage to pack some items in there. I couldn’t even believe it, because I thought we had no space in the garage. They remediated the mold, and they did such a neat job removing the drywall. I am honestly so impressed with the job they did. Dennis has remained in touch with me and the insurance company. Please don’t call any other company. NJ water & mold will be there for you and walk you through everything. So happy we went with them.

We have been using NJ WATER AND MOLD for many years. We have multiple commercial properties and unfortunately we have had multiple flooding events from hurricanes or burst pipes and even have had a fire. The team led by Dennis, the owner, is extremely responsive and unbelievably professional. They are extremely sensitive to finish spaces and do everything possible to protect your space and possessions. The crew that came to take care of the water damage in our basement was really good. However, the manager Dennis was very rude over the phone when in fact was on the wrong. Despite the good work done by the crew this experience didn't leave a good taste.

I am so happy to have found NJ Mold & Water. Norma was great as she quickly took my information and Glen arrived about 2 hours later! Glen was professional and detailed with how they could help us. He provided a fair quote the very next morning! My husband and I found another company who we agreed to hire, but they stopped returning our phone calls for an entire week, so when NJ Water and Mold told us they could come out the next morning it was music to our ears! Amazing team with excellent service! They were very pleasant to work with. We discovered a major leak in our kitchen that seeped under our floors and affected our drywall. The technicians promptly arrived and took care of the situation while keeping me informed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend their services!

I'm beyond grateful to NJ Water and Mold for being a lifesaver when our dishwasher went haywire and drenched our hardwood kitchen floors. The water had seeped in between the floors, causing an unpleasant smell and raised floorboards. But from the time I contacted them, the office and technicians were incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They showed up the same day, within two hours of my call, assessed the damage, and promised to restore our floors. They delivered on that promise! Our floors look as good as new now! Can't say enough good things about NJ Water & Mold. From the first assessment of our house, the professionalism and kindheartedness of the folks who came to our home was evident. We had a few minor leaks from some thunderstorms in our area, and they helped us navigate the steps to get things sorted in the appropriate order (i.e. insurance, roofers, etc.) Honest and efficient, they got back to us with a quote, and it was easy to get an appointment scheduled with their office. When it came to the remediation itself, Glen and Leury were fantastic. They were clean and organized, using shoe covers and drop cloths around the areas where they were in and out of the house, sealed up the impacted areas, and helped diagnose/validate where the issues were coming from. Clean up and pick of equipment was fast and easy too. It's hard to find reliable, competent and trustworthy service professionals and these folks are a shining example of the service and professionalism you hope to get with every company. My husband and I were so pleased with all the folks we interacted with from NJ Water and Mold and would recommend highly.

My pipe burst in my basement causing extreme flooding and NJ Water was at my property within 15 min to assess and get right to work with an army of people. Everyone was friendly and super easy to work with. Office admin was super patient with me for months during the tedious insurance process. They fully understand how these situations work.

Everyone was great. The team was very clear on what steps were being taken and very friendly in a stressful situation. Due to their quick response I didn’t not have to have my ceilings torn up. The drying was quick and a great solve for the flooding we had. I would use them again and highly recommend. I found them on google and used them as they had great reviews and definitely agree with them.

Our water heater connection broke and flooded our basement in the middle of the night, and we called NJ Water & Mold after a quick google search. They were at our house <2 hours and immediately started work. They were also able to quickly refer us plumber for the water heater repair the same day. The basement was completely cleared out and clean after a day of work, and my insurance adjuster was able to come out the next morning to finish up the claim. In such a stressful situation it was great to have the peace of mind of a professional and speedy team, who also worked directly with my insurance provider. Overall great experience. My sewer pipe backed up and it started raining from my den ceiling while the upstairs flooded! After a long day of different people diagnosing the problem, the pipe was finally clear just before 5pm. I found NJ Water & Mold on a google search and called them, hoping they could come in the morning, but fully expecting to be shop vaccing by myself in the meantime. I’m a new homeowner and had no idea what to expect! They sent someone over immediately to assess the situation, and had a crew here shortly thereafter, who worked past 11pm to clean up the damage! The crew was friendly, efficient, professional, and handled my personal belongings with great care. They explained exactly what they were doing and why, and checked in with me multiple times to see if I had any questions, both that evening and during the subsequent visits. The office staff was proactive with the communication regarding follow-up steps, and prompt in responding to all of my inquiries. This was overall a very positive experience for me, and I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in a similar situation!

After finding a lot of mold, once the walls were taken down, in my master bathroom and closet, i was so upset. When Aaron arrived, he made me feel better with his calm demeanor and great personality. He assured me that everything would be taken care of it and it was. Very professional and pleasant to work with. Aaron is so knowledgeable and accommodating . Incredible company!! After doing a lot of research, we chose to go with NJ Water & Mold for a mold remediation job in our basement. I could not be happier with the work they did. Troy really took his time to go over all our questions and concerns during the initial inspection and Dennis really worked with us to finalize the plan to move forward. Not only are they incredibly professional and kind, but their workers really went above and beyond the day the work was done. We were hit with a roof leak during a rainstorm, so much so that the smoke alarm fell off our ceiling due to the water. I cam home from vacation with a flooded basement, new wood kitchen floor ruined and water behind my behind my cabinets. I was lucky to make the right call on Saturday to NJ Water and Mold. Dennis was at my door in 45 minutes and his crew an hour later. They worked all day Saturday and came back on Sunday. He got me an excellent emergency plumber, worked with my insurance agent directly. I couldn't be more satisfied and highly recommend this company, it was a God Send....

Dennis & the team were amazing. I would also give them 10 stars! I woke up to a flooded basement after my water heater malfunctioned. His team, which was recommended by a good friend, came over within a few hours. They took care of everything, including working with the insurance agent for a quick turnaround. The process was so much less painful than I would have imagined. The basement walls, rugs, floors were a mess. They took all the pictures, and set up all the machines to salvage what they could and build everything back up again after it all dried. My basement looks great after all the work was completed. They were efficient, quick and very professional through every step. I had to go back to work and the crew was also truly trustworthy. I can’t say enough good things to recommend this team!
