If you are a customer service guy and a first impression guy then you went or at the wrong spot they would be a last resort. They had time to work on the truck immediately. That should say a lot!!! Either prices are high or work isn’t on point and the customer service may have been the thing that would’ve made a bad situation better.
Great people, 👍 timely repairs that don't break the bank. They helped us out when we broke down on a holiday weekend when no one could show up. We were towed and repaired and back in business, and at a great price. We will be a customer for life.
The people here are great! We were referred to them by one of their longtime customers. The truck was diagnosed the same day it was dropped off and ready by 2 pm the next day. The prices are comparable to other shops, but it's the service that makes the difference.
Nice, clean, large and well-lit indoor workspace ( they were working on a crane when I was there!) I recommend you give them a try.
This place is full of a bunch of scammers they literally told me they don’t know how to fix a problem they attempted to fix 4 different times and then tried and charge me for the work, ( they forgot they emailed me all of this providing me with all the proof my bank needed ) this place is a huge joke, won’t last long you can trust on that, the main guy there sam is a clown doesn’t know the first thing about repair or customer service, I’ll make it my job to make sure no one else ever screws themselves over by going to this Mickey Mouse Club House run by sam

The police towed my car.. when I went to pick it.. they charged me over $300 for the towing.. from Bergen Blvd to this place..
Now I know that it should be less than $150.. BEWARE!!!
They funny part is that they work with the police.. very nice!!
Great place, work fast and do excellent job. Fix all our work vehicles quickly, tow when necessary, know what they are talking about. I would rather pay them and get it fixed once then deal with a novice and have to go back 3 times for the same problem. You definitely pay for what you get, we only want quality work. Sammy is a good guy.. I’ve dealt with him for a few years.. they can be expensive like many reviewers have stated but quality work costs money and they get me back up and running when I have a problem faster than most other shops!!!!!!... I’ve had major issues with my truck and Sammy has always fixed it and fixed it fast.. they rebuilt a Detroit motor for me in the space of a week and a half while I was on vacation a few years ago and it’s ran great since then.... he also specializes in car carriers... whenever my truck has an issue I pray I’m in New Jersey near Sammy’s shop sooo that he can get me back on the road ASAP!!
So happy to have found this place. My alternator went as I was nearby and stopped in. They started working on replacing it right away. Nice people , and fast service. It’s great having a truck service business still IN business. Would highly recommend this to anyone if you need work or happen to be in a situation like myself. This is a dying trade and very pleased with the service and how this is up and running. Thank you.
Very expensive . When you talk about hwy robbery this is truly hwy robbery. 125/per hour $180 computer hook up. 20 years i go to this place but i think i just went for the last time and i will never go there again. ill bring the truck to the dieler at least they dont rob you on parts ,you know what the cost is ahead of time and they credit you for your core. this guy dont credit you for your core . you now that is hwy robbery. from 1 to 10 i give him 1. trust me unless you want to get robbed from your hard earned money,do not go by this guy sam.

Just to plug in the computer to your truck is extra $180.
If you need to do the smallest diagnostic, be ready to spend $500.
And rates per hour higher than at a dealer!
