Jeff is so great! So kind to me and my sis when he came to tow my car from edgewater to west New York. Quick to respond and I only waited about 20 minutes for him to get to me. The best experience I’ve had when comes to having car problems! Thanks Jeff!

Had an emergency in Edgewater, NJ where I had to dial 911. Local police arrived quickly and called a tow truck to get my vehicle out of traffic. Jeff's Towing arrived promptly within 15 minutes and quickly secured my car on a flatbed. It was after 5pm, so had nowhere to secure it and asked them to hold. Nothing special until later when I received a text and photo of my car secured. Then 2 days later, when the collision center went to get the vehicle, Jeff texted again letting me know it was picked up! I've had tows before, but never with such hospitality! Some tow companies can be notorious for shady business practices, but Jeff's Towing was ABSOLUTELY LEGITIMATE and so HELPFUL! Thank you again!!
